That's quite a conservative guess, they could ban it as many times as there are bitcoins mined in the year.

And I agree with the last part of your reply, Bitcoin is Bitcoin, and the only aspect of it that's speculative is the price and adoption rate, the rest is more or less the same.

I don't like to attempt to predict the price, but I can give a range between $30k and $180k.
On adoption, I'll expect it to grow next year as more countries and sectors look to join the train.

Speaking of definite best wishes for Bitcoin I hold today. Especially considering that every year there will be many surprises that we meet, we cannot confirm one by one, we as long-term holders will only release when everything is urgently needed. In 2022 I plan to get married and now half of the Bitcoins have paid for the preparations. So I say today, hopefully by the end of the year this saying will be proven soon.

Bitcoin is getting more and more popular and it is a Fact.
We have seen how vigorous adoption is taking place in various countries and perhaps the biggest example today is Elsavador which made a surprising breakthrough by even establishing a bitcoin city there.

I don't want to speculate in 2022 but if you look at this year I'm actually very grateful to be on this path especially to learn bitcoin I'm very grateful for that and I hope that in the future it will always be good again

This year was really great for me with bitcoins. I was able to use some amount from my bitcoin holdings and get into real estate.
The next year though I plan on to accumulate back the amount of bitcoins I used to get into real estate.
So my expectations are that bitcoin will take a dip in the first quarter and then start pumping throughout 2022.
Other than that, I expect bitcoin being widely adopted than in 2021 as more number of merchants, institutions start accepting BTC.

Those were in Bitcoin this year, they are lucky. This year was the most Bitcoin adaption year and we can see that impact on the price. Sadly I hold some shit coins and didn't get the benefit of Bitcoin volatility. Hope next year I could do something. I am expecting more adaption by next year. I really don't care about Bitcoin heaters. We need more adaption like El Salvador, doesn't matter the price.

2022 is going to be a bumpy ride in my opinion. I *think* there is going to be a big dip at the end of the 1sq quarter / beginning of the 2nd as a lot of people in the US who sold at the ATH this year get hit with a tax bill and have to liquidate more BTC to cover it. After that I see a quick run up and sell off as people take their profits again. After that, not sure a lot depends on inflation. If it keeps getting higher I see more people getting into longer term bonds & CDs and stuff with some of their spare investing money instead of BTC

On the larger scale I see more and more investment places going and funds getting involved in crypto and moving the market higher that way.

As always just my view. But I really do think there is going to be a repeat of 2017/18 with the tax issues. Because...people are people....

Never expected bitcoin to reach 3x the ATH from before even though it is now decreasing again but 2021 is the best year I know where there are many trends, big pumps, more and more adoption by institutions, Elon Musk is the subject of conversation, China has always banned bitcoin but those attempts have failed and in 2021 bitcoin is holding up pretty well.

Of course in 2022 I have high hopes about bitcoin which will grow big, I will continue to invest at the beginning of the year and sell it at the end of the year, I have researched some speculations but it is a good goal I hope with the new ATH.

I admit I have already achieved so many things in my life, especially those related to helping my family and the people around me. I feel grateful because I can be part of bitcoin to help them, although they still do not want to join. After all, that will be a personal decision.

My big expectations for 2022 are that I still want to have many opportunities to continue what I did and achieve one by one of my goals and my family.

I am not that good in short term predictions, my guesses are more in more than a year from now. And what is the guess? It is all-time-high. This would probably be the result. There will be bull and bear market, but the net result would be all-time-high.

Some people are traders, they may want to take advantage in short term, also some people are swing traders, these kind of people can speculate on short term bases, but the result might not be accurate, or might not be totally accurate. But what is most accurate about bitcoin price prediction is based on long term, which is still all-time-high.

This is the reason I always advice some people that have enough to invest, why not invest some. If the price of bitcoin plummet, then they can invest more. Some holders are never panic when the price of bitcoin is decreasing because they know bitcoin never fails, they wait and later saw the price increase again. This is the type of believe we should have and invest more when the price of bitcoin is decreasing. I am quite sure profit will be the ending as more people and organizations will still adopt bitcoin. With the total wealth in the world, there is still more to bitcoin continuance valuation.

My goals for 2022 consists on finding jobs that I can do revolving around bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. For me it's easier to find a job online on the forum than go outside and work for 8 hours a day to get paid only 320$/month. Due to pandemic and economic probelms, the developing nations are honestly crumbling down and workers are suffering. With no honest profits from the company and them offering you unofficial work so that they don't have to pay you incentives, no wonder we are moving towards the great resignation. Therefore I want to try and think of a way where I can offer services internationally using bitcoins for a reasonable price for people who value the work and are not just focused on recruiting cheap workforce from underdeveloped and developing countries. Bitcoins is something that might eradicate the need for a third party, therefore still coming up for a plan and want to improve myself in 2022 overall!

As more time passes, the lesser the chances of a new development surprising us, after all even if bitcoin was declared legal tender in several countries it would not have the same impact than the one we saw when we found out El Salvador was serious about it.

The only way in which we could be surprised by a news like that would be if a big country like the US, Germany or another country like that did so, but right now the chances of that happening are so low that I do not think anyone expects to see that next year.

There is a lot of things that I would love to achieve with bitcoin next year. I believe I am getting close to that, and I am always working pretty hard. It is a target that I should have achieved for long, but because I wasn’t putting much effort into achieving that, that is why it has taken me this long and next year I am not coming to joke about it.

And it is not just about Bitcoin only, in every areas of my life I really want to be serious with it and work very hard, because there are so many things I would love to achieve and I know very well that what would get me there is determination and hard work. I believe next year is going to be great for the Bitcoin market, although has been quite stable around $47000 for long, next year would bring changes.

I'm not really sure if we can still make $100k in 2022 though, it seems that the future seems bleak as this point as we might be entering a bear market for all we know. As someone said, the S2F model has been invalidated already as we are no more close to 6 digits at the end of the year.

Maybe in the next cycle, we might see the price hitting $100k or more, but not in 2022, at least this is my honest opinion after seeing what has happened in the last month. Anyhow, best of luck to everyone and yeah, long term goal is more important so keep on holding.

For me the biggest event is still halving though as it really pushes bitcoin to reach a new all time high every time after a halving year and that's why we conclude that there is a cycle in this market. But as far as going mainstream, might take years but we have to thank El Salvador for paving the way and hopefully their government make the right decisions. And 2022 is still open for interpretation, it could be the start of a bear market or continuation of a bullish trend and road to $100K.
