Probably a waste of time since OP looks not so serious about this claim and the time frame makes me more doubtful about the legitimacy of this claim. A huge mistake that an experienced gambler will not do. If OP can provide more details about this then maybe its true, but of course I'm still doubting. This can be that new way to scam the site and other people.

It is very possible that OP is just a troll and this thread is a joke, but we cannot rule out that such a situation took place.
As for the person who sent the tip, I think he might not reveal himself because he just didn't believe that it was possible for someone to refund him that amount. Especially since it is an anonymous username.

Analyze what OP has said and just like the others, I'm also in doubt.

Whales do rare tip people and I acknowledge that some of them do really tip random people out of their likes. But with the story that OP has brought, I don't really think that it's a real story.

Assess and analyze what are the possible scenarios if people are going to message him claiming that they're the ones that have mistakenly tipped it. Thus, it's a tip, and you know what tips are.

The amount is certainly huge, so it is highly unlikely that someone would consciously send such a tip to a stranger.
I don't know if it's possible to check the balance level on Primedica account, but for sure a screenshot from the website would be very helpful to make this story credible.
It is possible that support may somehow try to contact the person who sent the tip just to inform, for example, about this thread ..

If I were Op and decide to give the BTC back I won't let it go further when I received the money and then return it immediately and then it sounds good, but in this case, it takes a long run and then he decided to return it but there's no clearly evidence.
Even a screenshot or a link OP did not put anything that's why we the readers of this thread think that this is a trap/fake.

In the case of this thread, I don't give them the benefit of the doubt, if they tell such an unbelievable story the burden of proof is on them, so the story is fake until proven otherwise.

This is not a mistake but a fabricated story OP thinks that he can get away with it and take up on a joy ride, he wants to look honest in the eyes of the community but fabricating an unbelievable story, the time gap is just too long and he cannot prove his story by posting screenshots or transaction text or even conversation from the casino, it's all fake.

Indeed, the lack of any screenshots from the conversation or the balance of the account does not make this story credible. But if OP wants to return the funds that it claims it has all the time, then he should provide at least the address where these Bitcoins are kept and sign it.

Well if the evidence is complete then I am ready to give this forum user a negative trust for begging scheme. Maybe the 3.8 btc is received through begging of tips. I also wonder why that kind of amount is tipped. My guess would be that the btc price that time is low and it is less than the amount in usd compared to now. It could also be a way to earn merits by doing a so called good deeds by telling people to return the tip. It took a long time to decide to return the tip so this is most likely fake.

This story looks total shit to me. OP received 3.8 BTC from someone a year ago and wants to send it back now.
He doesn't have access to his primedice account but still has the BTC which means he would have probably withdrawn it to his wallet.
Why did OP choose to withdraw the coins while he could have sent it back right away.

Also, anyone can impersonate as the sender and contact OP and ask him to send the BTC to him.

I think OP is inspired from EZ0010 story of being honest so that he could receive some merits on his new account.

The story does look very unbelievable indeed. If the OP does not provide any clear evidence that at lest part of his story is true, I think we can honestly just consider it a literary fiction. In such a situation, the only reason I believe to create this story is, in my opinion, only to obtain merits.

In my opinion, OP really wants to show that he is an honest man (what in my opinion completely failed). I don't know what the purpose of this behavior is, but I'm afraid its intentions are unfortynately not very honest. It is also possible that it was just about getting merits for his "sincere intentions".

I don't know what's in mind of OP why he did not update this thread as I saw earlier OP's last rely is on December 30. An look his post history that time is also the last post of OP even though he his online yesterday. You are right that he did not put anything to proof that he is telling the truth.

The story seems plausible but yeah, He has nothing to gain by sending back the BTC to the original owner if really have that money which I hope he provide the screenshot of his balance as well as the transaction history which I assume is still possible to retrieve. The problem is he only send the screenshot of his email in primed ice support without the official reply of the support to verify this story.
