i think it's always good to buy more cheaper mate than a project that have already a good price in the market. because surely with cheaper, in the future you can get massive profits especially if the project is genuine and trusted wherein there's no need to put doubts to be honest and you can assure everything will gonna alright. The coins you are holding are pretty much dependent on some significant tweets or updates in order to get some significant gains. DOGE for example is mostly dependent on some tweets coming from Elon musk, TLM and ATLAS are some NFT token games that is purely dependent on the people coming in into games as well as from game updates comimg from the game developers.

If those aspects were not met, then expect that the token you are holding will continue to dump overtime. This is also the reason why other members claim that altcoins are meant to be traded on short term and not for long term.

I do not know about some coins you listed but it is very good to be careful of altcoins, if there are times when the market will increase in marketcap and price, there will be a time the market will correct to increase direction again. Never sell while losing, chill and wait until it is bull time. But I am surprised you did not list bitcoin among them, it is guaranteed that no matter how the red time is, bitcoin will increase back to the price you bought it and you will gain, it can take much longer but the it will happen.

Do not forget that most of these currencies have risen by more than 1000% and may not recover, and therefore the red  does not always mean that it is an ideal buying opportunity.
If you do a good analysis, you will find that most altcoins fail to return to all the previous highs they achieved.

 - Dogecoin is pumped due to Elon Musk's tweets.
 - ATLAS is a hybrid for metaverse promotion and will have no future.

It seems you didn't have your own research about these coins.  If you've bag coins it should have the potential to grow and I didn't even know what coins are these.  You even forget to include Bitcoin in your list which is clearly have potential when it comes to investment, though it's not a short term investment at least it's less risk and that it's 0% to become shitcoin not as you've mentioned above which is I don't know either.

But if you insist on your decision about this at least just spend the amount that you can afford to lose.

Why do you not list BTC, ETH, or BNB instead list all of those coins? I wonder how you will make a profit in the future. If you want to have a crypto investment, you must have BTC as the main investment and then you can select the top altcoins for the next lists of your investment. That was a damn high price to buy some shitcoins. Who you getting advice from? If you bought them on your own, then you are seriously lacking trading skills. You never buy at a high, but you buy at low.

DOGE will see more movements if and only if that certain space millionaire makes comments bullish about it. Otherwise it is a dead coin and will remain dead for years to come, just random pump and dump happening by bagholders.

Rest metaverse tokens will do better in the upcoming year as FB/Meta makes more headlines in news, but make sure you exit at the earliest because we never know when legal crackdown on such tokens will start and then they will come crashing like anything. Because the belief behind these tokens is already fraglie, it takes just a little tap to make the buyers panic sell.

If you are looking for long term options, go for bitcoin, not metashitcoins.

For me personally, investing is a great way to increase your capital. And investing in cryptocurrency is a very smart choice for making a lot of income. As for these coins, I can say that they can generate excellent income. But it will be possible to find out about this only after a while. If we look at the choice of coins chosen by the OP, it is clear that he did not do research and analysis before buying the coins. Maybe the OP chose
the coins based on suggestions from other people or the trading group, it's clear that the coins chosen don't have strong fundamentals. Because as
you said, the coins the OP mentioned are too risky and even some coins may never rise again. Only Dogecoin might be able to make a profit,
that too must wait for the hype to occur and should only be for short-term investments. If we want it to be safe and good for long-term investment,

It is better to invest half your coins into BNB, ETH, or Bitcoin. The token you hold is only a token that I think is only for the short term, and it is very risky to experience a big loss. Try to do research again, what projects are currently trending, and have a great roadmap. For example, look for a Metaverse project.

Most people who chooses altcoin are those using day trading or short term holding in which they wanted to risk in short period of time.

Yeah Bitcoin is the safest but we also knew that this took long time before tasting the product while in altcoins though very risky yet the chance of profiting can be there in sooner time.

We can be certain that well-established coins can recover the bearish market but with coins that are relying on hype without real use case then it would be hard. Instead of TLM, a better option would be WAXP. TLM hype is over although, at some point, the price is a bit kicking. The only way it can be pumped again is to have another hype on their game, Alien Worlds on which I don't know on what game update it can trigger the hype. I still doing those claims at that game as I have good mining equipment there which I decided to keep rather than sell as I see it's also not making sense to stake it at the RPlanet platform for Aether farming.

Not saying by investing or putting money in WAXP, you are in good hands but since you choose TLM which uses a WAX network, I'd rather put my money there. Of course, on the way, you should manage it properly and always keep updated on your chosen set of coins.

Yeah, I agree with this one, when I was a beginner in crypto investing, I didn't know this simply but effective rule. All I do is look for gems in the market the will give me supposedly huge returns in short amount of time. But this times a lot of research and investigation and a little bit of luck.

We all know that finding gems is very difficult because we don't know which one of them will explode, so there is a big risk involved as well. So as to not make it complicated on your end, just invest on top 10 altcoins. One example is ADA, they used to be very cheap but a strong coin also in the top 10-20 and then suddenly it went to $1-$2 that is a gem for me.

I'm not familiar with 0xMR, but in regards to ICP, I believe it to be the biggest crypto scam of all time. The price has been reduced from $500 to $5.

From the OP's announcement through the article we can see that the OP probably went through a long bear market, and the asset would probably have suffered a lot if it weren't for the protection plan beforehand.

I am only familiar with DOGE in your portfolio and the rest I am not familiar with. Though DOGE making good progress now and with Elon Musk backing it up it has grown yesterday quite a lot due to the hype that Elon did which was integrating DOGE on twitter in the future to come.

Doge can grow big not because of his ability to rise and the community is not as strong as expected, Doge is always helped because of the role of an Elon Musk, as before by installing Doge on Twitter and indeed there is a surprise effect that can increase but only for a moment. doge is a meme coin that it's very doubtful that it can survive well with the market situation without help from elon musk. meme coin is very susceptible to change at any time with the instability that occurs, I prefer shiba inu where they have a long term program that is well structured and the community is very supportive.

Those altcoins were new except doge. New and less volume altcoins are fine for short trade but not advisable for long term hold.

If we see the chart of LTC price then we find that it's peak price was 413$ on 10 may 2021 in these four year. After BTC crash we the price difference dumped hard and then we not seen any good hype for this coin. I hold some LTC with average price of 65$. Now halving is very closed and Price increased 50% from buying. As the time of halving approaches, its value will increase. Litecoin fee is very low and very fast because there is no network congestion or high traffic of transaction. Bitcoin fee is now very scary as i have to pay 4$-10$ for single transaction.

Now question is that is it worth to buy LTC at current rate or we should wait for some correction. i will suggest ti buy 30% at current rate and then using DCA buy more if price dropped. We don't know the future price odyany coins , this why it's better to hold some at current rate and then other at lower price if market crashed.

Totally agree with you that the right time to buy is during the bear season and now that all crypto currency prices have fallen, an investment can be a very profitable investment for the future. when Bitcoin falls 4% to 5%, all coins are falling 20% to 30% in value.

Some people are afraid and sell their coins out of fear but there are many traders who are taking advantage of this opportunity. The coins you suggested are also very good and among the top coins in the market, and due to the current dump, their prices have also come down considerably.

I think the coins you suggested are very good if XRP wins its case then its price can definitely go up.BNB is also a coin of Binance exchange which can prove to be a very good investment in the near future and its price has a high chance of going up to $1000.Both ADA and LINK are very good projects and investments can be very profitable at this time.The prices of both are currently at a very low position and this is a great buying opportunity.

But in my opinion, along with all these coins, it would be better to invest in some new coins in the market. For example, if I were to invest in new coins, APT, OP, ARB, and Ocean would be my best choices. Why invest for a long term in altcoins to have low potential profits? I don't think so. It depends on the altcoin we choose. If we choose trusted altcoins (ETH, ADA, SOL, TRX, MATIC, DOT, etc), there should be the opportunity to take good profits. The prices of altcoins will drop during the bearish season, but it will tend to increase consistently when it is in bullish season. We just need to adjust the time for buying and for selling the altcoins. If we choose the right time, we won't suffer with losses.

This is the risk we are saying involve in the investment of bitcoin. you bought those coins when the market was booming in 2021 and was thinking that the price would go up but you got the disappointment and the price could not recovered till this year. And that is also why we asked people to invest in long term and not short term. What happened to you will still happen to some people this time because when bitcoin hit $73k and dropped a little bit and stayed there for some time so people were eager to invest when the price and thinking that the price will hit &70+k again but the price is decreasing the more.

Since when the price reduce in 2021, it is this year 2024, it recovered back and that means the OP has waited for a enough time. Most of the altcoins also did well early this year before all reduce.

You definitely left out the name of Bitcoin, I think it's important to have a Bitcoin investment as an investor.  Because Bitcoin is one of the safest investments, if you invest in Altcoins, you must be investing in certain risks. But for a long time Bitcoin has remained faithfully in the market, so you can first invest in Bitcoin and the rest in Ethereum coins and BNB coins.

Due to high volatile in crypto market we are having high risk factor for investors specially newbies to invest because usually they are having no updates and all related updates so chance of losing money is high but if someone investing in Bitcoin its always safe with having good chance of profit as well.
But as we have good projects so having investment in few projects are also not bad at all even this all needs good intention and proper checking, but many are taking good profit and enjoying with this all like mentioned above with few projects which are advised to invest are Ethereum, Solana, BNB and LTC.

On a general terms, dealing with altcoins investment is very risky, especially when the coins in consideration are new crypto projects which we know nothing much about them or their developers, but when we have it in mind that investing on any of these coins is at our own risk, then we will be able to manage effectively ourself and the level of risk we could take while investing on any of these coins.
