What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in?

I think my deposit is $1 million. This is a huge amount so I would invest as little altcoins as possible. I would buy Ethereum after my first priority bitcoin anyway. A person with this amount of money should not think of overdoing it, anyway, he can make good money even by trading with the games in between. I would buy Bitcoin and Ethereum and wait, not thinking much. .

With that large amount of money to invest on a single altcoin only, the top altcoin would be the obvious choice. Personally I would go in ethereum because I don't want to over do things and focus on an altcoin that has the highest chance to not loss any money. Investing on risky upcomming coins is not an option even if there's a possibility of a sky rocket profit. Though if bitcoin is included, it will be a no brainer to put money on bitcoin just like you. I personally think it's a very large amount of money that I can't afford to lose.

i wouldn't say investing fully into one coin necessarily dumb, though many have recommended diversification but honestly when all the trend of altcoins in general revolves around following bitcoin market movement then i'd say that sometimes diversification is pretty much pointless.

One-coin investment is simple, but you may lose out on possibilities with a more varied portfolio. Its a myth that altcoins just copy Bitcoin. Each altcoin's dynamics depend on project development, collaborations, community participation, and tokenomics. Diversification mitigates risk. It mitigates the portfolio's loss from a single coin. Focusing on a promising coin might be exhilarating, but if it fails, the investor is at danger.

yes, that is a very large number. personally, I would not invest that much money that I have into crypto. I would obviously develop an offline business and buy some investment assets for that kind of money.
However, if I were really pushed to invest $1 million in crypto, I would choose the top 3 coins in crypto, namely Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB. With a split of $500k for bitcoin, and $250k for Ethereum and BNB. Maybe BNB has a fair amount of FUD, but I'm pretty sure sooner or later it will be resolved.

when it comes to investing a million which is already humongous honestly, then it would be better to follow the general idea of investing like institutional investors which is heavily diversifying it so that when loses incurred due to something unexpected all the money will not just turn into thin air.
a million is already good enough amount to diversify into various good coins in general while still also getting the most out of it, basically the capital suffice to do some real diversifying without the need to go out of your way investing in some random meme coin for the sake of increasing the profits I guess.

You also greatly increase the risks of your investment if this coin turns out to be a scam. It may not be a good idea to diversify your investment into many coins, but if you can spread the risk across a few of what you think are the best coins, it will improve your chances of success anyway. But I like to repeat that there is no single right strategy, each of us can choose for himself the one that can make him a wealthy person.

If I had that amount of money, I can't invest all into cryptocurrency, those that has that amount to spare most be very rich. If I had $1 millions I'll spend them on other investment that's not as risky as investing in cryptocurrency that can crash and I lose all my money. I'll get invest $20k into 25 different tokens as I would had invested the rest into bitcoin and Ethereum first then BNB and other coins will follow. My other investment will be focused on the top memecoins on Binance exchange as I love those memecoins more and also I'll invest in new projects that aren't listed on the market.

I'll also invest in some layer 1 projects, I don't have all the project off hand  to get to list them but I'll choose tokens from every trends so I can be among any of the trends that decide to pump during the bull market happening very soon.

Lots of gems in the market today but i do prefer with those oldies and a mix of new gens on which it isnt really that a bad idea

This is no longer a large amount but a very large one. With funds of this size, you can choose more to invest. But I really agree that Bitcoin and Ethereum are the top priorities because, with the existing funds, you can get quite a lot. There is nothing wrong with placing potential altcoins such as BNB, ADA, SOL, DOT, and XRP because, until now, they are altcoins that are undoubtedly going to increase together with bitcoin.

Wow, actually it's really a very big risk to invest that much money only on 1 altcoin. But, if this is a must, yes, ETH is the best choice. But I am wondering why should be only altcoin to invest that huge money? If I were him, I will focus more on Bitcoin, although I have had any Bitcoin, but I will go again to Bitcoin investment. And then, leaving at least a third for altcoins. Because after all, the risk of altcoins is much higher than Bitcoin. Btw, losing money from a crypto investment is not only from the value of the coin. But from the security of our wallet.
