No one knows what is the best altcoins this year specially we are still suffering in the bear market, there are good altcoins and it can be track on cmc but still it will surely become affected by the market situation, so for now i will not recommend any altcoins due to market condition.

In the new projects, most of the time they pump a lot but in a very short span of time, they're likely to have it doubled and then the dump comes.

maybe lowcap or mid cap that possible to gain 10x when market totally becom bulllish. For major cap maybe only growth 2x  and it happeb on bullish trend only. Its hard to altcoin for pump more than 2x in bearish trend, investors will scary with their money if market didnt move with their expectation.

Yeah, I wouldn't invest in TRON and would definitely pick FTM or MATIC over it. Also, I think ICP will do well Q4 because they are preparing to launch BTC and ETH integration on their blockchain plus a new token standard that will enable DeFi on the chain.

Investors are not confident to bring money when the market is unsure, there are some project that might pump artificially but most are just following Bitcoin, with bearish market most of them are also in bearish and little pump and dump may take place while you are trying to sort and scalp the opportunities.

Matic has a huge potential to reach a good price when the market recovers. It could possibly hit 10x since lots of investors also support it. I've seen how Polygon developed for years and how it moved last bull run so I don't have doubts that it could perform better this year. If it couldn't strike 10x this year, I guess it could still reach a good price when the bull run approaches.
