The crypto life is hard right now, people do crimes left and right so the chance for someone to promote a scam coin is pretty possible. Don't feel sad about them because they also know that what they do is unethical however I think it is really sad because this can bring a bad effect to the cryptocurrency market and other newbies can wrongly pick the coin that they promote but not all newbie accounts in the forum are like that, there are experts in crypto and does share credible information but they recently registered here.

As I know it, there will always be marketing teams to spread the news about the projects they create. Products like NFT, gamefi, metaverse, etc. are often the things that are easy to copy, and sometimes from these people we get the illusion that they are the trends in the market.

That has been a thing for years, there are many accounts sold on the market as well unfortunately. When there are new accounts that are saying shill stuff that is sort of understandable because they are newbie accounts and they created the account for that purpose. But when you see old accounts, no matter what their rank is, end up shilling that usually means the account was sold as well.

I would have to guess that there is a big problem about the account selling, but shilling is understandable. After all, if you had a coin, you would want people to shill it all around the world and this is what they are doing. Not bad unless they turn out to be scams and in that case you should do your own research before you invest into anything anyway.

With the unsolved issues, this can discourage someone to invest in the coin because they think that once ripple loses the case, the coin will get delisted and that can be the start of its collapse. There are cryptos out there that are also strong but haven't been in an issue so why would you prefer this coin over them?

The growth of ripple is slow but it is more on the stable side, this is good to use for payment purposes because ripple's speed is also excellent, not to mention the fees that are also dirt cheap. Cosmos (ATOM) will certainly develop very strongly. It is a very ambitious project and if it succeeds it will surely be a great success. There are so much more better coin than XRP (ripple). Honestly, we might not see a lot of price increase like you are expecting. People are already buying. Maybe once the case has been closed, people will FOMO into it, but right after few moments, we might also see the whales starting to dump their coins to take their profit.
