It's working at my end, I guess your ISP is blocking GitHub or some other reasons why you can't access it.
Link opens but win-download button cant find the file, it says no longer on server
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Okay i wrote an email for both two persons which u tagged, not sure if they care about and answer, so ill wait.

I download 1.5.6, there is only source code. I couldnt get it to work. (The Setup.py) Any advice for linux debian 10
