What is fed? Do you mean to say FUD and just because the prices are dropping your last resort is by selling them? That's crazy. First of all not all cryptos are dropping but there are a few coins that are increasing.

Second of all you do not need to sell all your crypto's not unless if all that you bought are crap coins because they do not have a future waiting for them. Coins such as bitcoins, etherium, ripple or coins that are on the top lists should be retain in our wallets because they can surely recover soon. Lastly do not listen to fud's. Fud's are only created for a reason and that is to scare the weak handed hodlers so that they will sell their coins.

As of the day you made this post, Bitcoin was trading around the $42-$45k which is still not far from the current price Bitcoin is trading on today of around $41k - $42k. From the look of the daily bitcoin chat, it seems Bitcoin price is hovering around a good resistance and might see an uptrend if the support holds but I do think if you didn't sell while BTC price was higher, there's no need at this point cus you might just end up selling low and buying high, just my thought. 

After the fall of the market will be a rise of the market. It is necessary just to wait.

I don't think it's a good idea to sell your coin at a loss; instead, examine the market conditions and try to adapt to the present bullish crypto market; it's also a good idea to try and generate some resistance. According to many analysts, Bitcoin has power over virtually all Altcoins, thus if we still believe Bitcoin will return to its normal price and have some increase, we must keep holding the present coins we have until their prices recover in order to claim profit.

It is a panic situation. Selling tokens or coins right now will only make one condition: losing all assets.

You are right. But what if everyone will start just waiting. Traders will put everything on pause because they wont earn on price changes, holders will keep holding, those who were hesitating and wanted to sell - will hold. Only miners will keep on mining. If everyone hold, will the demand and price rise? I think if everyone keep holding, then the price will be constant or barely change, because the rule "someone gains only when someone looses" wont work.
