Why should you be responsible to someone? Because after making price speculations on Bitcoin and making price predictions on Bitcoin as he knows it, that doesn't mean everyone should immediately believe what that person has said even though he is a reliable trader or a very reliable market observer in this regard. So there will be no responsibility whatsoever as long as you or someone who directly believes in someone else's word for this matter.

One more thing is why can you know for sure if Bitcoin can increase in 2024 later? I do not think that you are a forecaster of the future so you can immediately see future market conditions before it happens when the time comes.
