They do get downtimes, but the good news is they usually work on processing the transactions, though not usually in a quick manner. The newbie accounts registering in the forum just to make complaints and then later on saying that the issue was resolved might be because the only way to get to cryptomixer publically is through their ANN since there is No twitter or Reddit

1. It would be very hard to maintain as you have to check each domain every other time. I also tried it some years back. In fact, Kuddos to LeGaulois for consistently discovering and adding more scam and clone mixers to the list whenever he can.

2. I think it's OK to leave those that are also inactive. The list will act as an archive of past scam bitcoin mixers. In the past, I noticed that scammers tend to make comebacks using domains of old mixers that had been shutdown before.
