We can't really pick 5 in the above available list. Well I do think when I think about an online casino the things that I find the most attractive is :
1. Responsiveness to complaints
Which can also be categorized into the consumer support list.
2. Instant withdrawals but they should not charge heck a lot of money for them, I played at a casino once which charged 40$ to withdraw any kind of money
3. Security as and also the casino license. More often people don't trust a casino without a license, well if the Gambling is regulated then I find it very important for a casino to get a license which is acceptable.

There are many features from the list am interested in but, unfortunately, it's not possible to pick more than one choice (I believe the forum software doesn't allow creating multi-choice polls). Anyway, as a forum user, I believe the most logical choice is "Engagement with Bitcointalk community", so I voted for it (the only one so far!).
The reason for my choice is that if a casino cares about the bitcointalk community and have an active representative here, we won't have to deal with customer support and complaints can be raised and answered here.
If it was possible to choose other options then I would choose "Security" then "Bonuses & offers".

The most important characteristics for a casino are those that are not really that flashy but that make all the difference between a good casino and a bad casino, the first is security, if a casino is hacked all the time then there is no point playing there, customer service is another important characteristic, dealing with customers is key, whether they are satisfied customers or the ones that complain about something, treating them with respect and solving their issues is key, and finally being an honest casino is very important as well, if players believe that a casino is not to be trusted then they will not bother playing in that casino at all.

My Top List is above, It’s 6 but I think responsive kn complaits and customer service can be count as 1. There is a need for great support to be able to answer all inquiries and being able to be active here in forum to verify if there are issues. And to be able to enjoy their casino it must have a good games and fast payout to avoid worries.

I think all these points are important. Some of them are obviously not necessary to run an honest business but they are still important. For example a casino may not offer any bonuses but it could still be a legit casino so it is not a must for me.

I'm glad to see an outlet asking about these important features. I chose licensing in the poll but I can't really say that any of these options are necessarily more important that the others.  Licensing is of course very important. Types of payments accepted also one of the top things of importance that can be offered. Speed of payout is also one of the most important factors.  For a long time before cryptocurrency wasn't accepted as payment so it took forever to receive payments, adding bitcoin has been amazing!

For me, I used to play those crypto casinos who have active representatives in our forum.
For those who haven't active representatives, I don't feel comfortable to play, that's why "Engagement with Bitcointalk community" is more important to me.
Before joining any casino I also look through their Security, Bonus & offers, transactions fees, RTP, and how active their customer service is.
I also try to avoid KYC requirements, If the casino doesn't have a decent amount of reputation I always avoid submitting KYC documents.

I noticed the same only one of the options can be selected, it is not a big issue and it can be corrected but that is why I abstained from voting as of yet.

And about the topic at hand I think all the options given on the pool are important and are necessary to have a good casino, however one option that is missing is how fast the casino runs on my computer, there are some casinos that take a lot of time to load due to very heavy scripting or inefficient code, and in an age in which everyone wants everything as fast as possible this could reduce the interest players could have to gamble at that casino.

After several years of playing at online crypto casinos, there are some interesting features that really matter to me.
Moreover, there are now a lot of online crypto casinos out there, so I select them if there is a feature I want in the casino.
In my opinion the most important features that must be present in an online crypto casino are as follows:
