What are the most important features of an online crypto casino?

For me it's just 3 things. Security, legality and fast deposit & withdrawals. Security to make sure that the online casino will not be hacked and our funds were safety, the legality to make sure that the gambling site is regulated and under the law and fast deposits and withdrawals since we don't want to wait too long on either deposits and withdrawals.

I pick Responsiveness to complaints this is very important and define casino how they valued their customers, and not only Responsiveness to complaints but giving and honest decision on every complaint I hate seeing casinos that just ban account because they violated their terms of service and rules without showing any proof, Responsiveness to complaints will define a casino's reputation.

In any platform actually not only in gambling, responsiveness to complaints is one of the leading things customer look up. This is because as much as something works so good and smooth, there will certainly be a time that a client will experience some troubles and unfortunate circumstances that could need some form of help or resolution. If a gambling site won't be able to perform this instantly or as soon as they can, I would definitely be turned off. Definitely other people would be too. Because being responsive to issues and concerns show how the casino cares for their clients. It would be a sign that the casino is not solely after for the money, but has a goal also to satisfy their customer and make the most out of what they have paid for as well.

I think that if you ask anyone here, the first thing that will come to mind is KYC policy.

I honestly don't mind what your interface looks like, what currencies you accept, how responsive it is etc. so long as you commit to not KYC customers.

Of course, the aforementioned things are nice to have but they are not pertinent. I just don't want to provide my personal details to some random company registered in Curacao and risk it being leaked.

You have a point, after all while will the characteristics listed on the poll are important I think one of the most important is the ability to play in a casino without going through KYC.

After all the whole point of gambling with cryptocurrencies and that at the beginning differentiated this market from the fiat casinos we could already use was the ability to regain some privacy thanks to bitcoin, so if that is not an option then we might as well gamble with fiat instead.

People would have definitely could really have that kind of impression whenever they do get almost instant response from the team/company itself which they would immediately resolved the issue which is really a
big factor which most gamblers do really look upon even though we dont like issues to be experienced but its an inevitable thing in most cases.Next would be the instant withdrawals and less fees

These three things as very important and I believe on having a good security which allows you to gamble without worrying anything though when it comes to legality I think they are more prone to KYC requirement and if its ok for you then so be it. Most of the casinos now have that fast deposit and withdrawal, they should really promote this and of course lower fees to withdraw.

Not really, crypto casinos may be centralized but they still have adopted crytocurrencies and that's not defeating the purpose of accepting and adopting crypto. Yeah, centralized as it may seems but the use case is there.

Quick signup without have to go through much is an important feature. I don't think "quick" deposit is something the casino can do anything about. If you send BTC and the network is congested, there is nothing the casino can do. As long as the casino credits your account soon after 1 confirmation, we can say that the casino has quick deposit. Withdrawal speed is also one of the most important feature of a casino. Slow withdrawal would be frustrating for people specially those who made profit and wants to cash them out. And having a good support shows that the casino cares about their user. So that is important too.

However, the problem here lies in the fact that in the ideal world - no system or platform would work optimally so there would most likely be issues and that brings the question about support? If there's a terrible support system, it becomes incredibly hard to use even though those things you mentioned are in place. What you said makes a lot of sense - I'm just saying there would be a trade off at the end of the day. It won't be easy to tick all boxes.

Yes, you are right, for example, about security. The site can be online 24/7 but they need to maintain the site once and make sure everything is okay to make the other things inside the site disturbed.

The casino should have a support system to back up the problem because the support system is the front line of the site that will be the first side that will know about the problem, especially during the holiday.

Everything on the list is something that every casino should have because one thing will be related to other things.

There is no one most important thing a casino must have, but I would mention security first. However, without good customer service, speed of operation, nice design and encouraging bonuses, it will certainly be difficult to enter the market with such a strong competition as we now have.

It's the point, competition is strong and most casinos now have a high level of security, so many bonuses, fast deposits/withdraws, loyalty programs, side promotions... and most of the top casinos are having all this at high levels! Nobody said it's impossible to enter the crypto gambling market at this time... but it's no piece of cake either! There are ways to enter the market, but due to the great competition and really good services that have set high standards, all new services have to meet those standards and offer maybe something over that to attract people and make them change their favorite services! Yes they are basically similar, but maybe the idea is that having customer service does not mean all the same in case of its responsiveness. There are some sites with claimed 24/7 customer service/live support but in fact it does not works as what is claimed where players needs to wait hours or even days to get a reply from the customer service. If I'm right about this, so the best one to choose is responsiveness of complaints than customer service.

Many casinos are claiming to have instant withdrawal or fast payout speed but it is not just about the phrase, but it is about the actual speed of the payout by user's experience.
It is reasonable if players choose Payout Speed as one of the most important feature because they have tried it themselves.

Fraudulent casinos do not allow users to withdraw or withhold funds under various pretexts such as . If a casino withdraws funds with some delays, it does not mean that it is fraudulent. Rather, it indicates that the casino has technical problems.

As a gambler then you should really be prepared for that because when regulation becomes strict then these businesses wouldnt really be having any choice but to implement it out which do really make out sudden change of terms which you would  really need to submit out KYC and wont really be that different with fiat casinos.Basing on the poll it is really that evident that people are really minding about customer service and responsiveness to complaints which people do really much prefer.
