Despite the desire to echo what other members said about the classic plagiarism excuses, I'll bite. Two things in response of your previous failed project:
1. Were the funds invested by participants returned 100%? Any proof of this?
2. You've failed on your previous ICO due to the lack of demands, but it doesn't seems to teach you how difficult it is to raise investor's interests, because if you've learned anything from it, you'll put all of your effort on the first steps of the launch. So, the question is, which one is it, you didn't learn from your past ICO or you know but you choose to not care?
