2 cats are better than 1! Makes it a lot more interesting.
Sometimes a good way is combination of cat and dog I had those a few years ago and they seem to really like each other a lot of fun too but some of the dogs hate cats as we know Cats and dogs together can make really nice photos

I don't believe in the idea of keeping animals in a house.

Humans are animals.

They're kind of cute.
They're dumb though. I saw a video of a cat grabbing a stick with his mouth, and then trying to go back in from where it came from through a hole that was not wide enough for the stick to go through. The cat just kept trying to walk in, but the stick wouldn't let him. But he kept trying, and the solution was just so simple. Turn a little sideways. It just really showed the difference in intelligence compared to the dumbest humans.

i think that housecats can be useful in a few ways like fi you have mice in your home or even if there is flys or other bugs my cats always kill them and eat them. easy way to get rid of them
See, they can be very useful.

No. They are too furry and selfish. Too much pain - not enough profit.

You saw one video about one cat doing something stupid, and you then state that "they" are dumb?

Keeping animals is never for profit of any type. If that is your attitude - then you are the selfish one and thoroughly unqualified to have an animal.

sorry but i do love pet cats and dogs too, all animals, and it was never always about physical profit. What was your profit in the same sense as you address cats?!!

I don't think they have a problem with being selfish, using large numbers of animals to create their desired outcome has been their job since millenia. (and I think not even they would dispose of some cats just because they don't catch enough mice - they simply have learned to live in a functional symbiosis with various animals - both involved species benefit in their own way) It's a different story with animals kept at ordinary homes anyway.

I would say house cats are pretty useless. I had 2 and we ended up with a few mice in our house and they wouldn't even attempt to catch them.
