However, I think that it's much better if they'll prioritize providing more options, games, events and a much reliable platform than focusing on promotion and bonuses as they can provide those anytime they like.

How many minutes before your withdrawal was processed and deposited to your personal wallet? Since they value the amount in fiat, the only reason I could think of is the price difference of BTC when you made the request to the the time when it was actually processed. It takes 5-30 minutes according to the website and the price (in fiat pair) probably dropped a bit within that time that's why you got more BTC.

True, it must be related to the price change during the withdrawal request and the price at the time of sending.
The best thing to check is by looking at the price in the transaction using fiat (EUR) to compare with the amount in the request.

The "~" before the btc amount means it's an approximate value and not the exact amount you will receive. So, I believe if bitcoin price rises between the moment you enter the amount to withdraw and the moment they process your request, you will receive less btc than the displayed approximate value.
However, and since processing withdrawals may take up to 24 hours, it's interesting to know whether the final value/exchange rate used is determined at the moment you make the request (click withdraw) or at the moment they process the request (which may be 24 hours later).

Since the withdrawal process takes some time and if the market price of Bitcoin changes at that time, it may adjust automatically. And since the system has automatically adjusted to the market price, there will be no possibility of deducting funds at the next withdrawal. I think this is a good system especially for players. I really like this kind of thing from Thunderpick they look at the coins in fiat value so does it mean that if the price of the Bitcoin goes down then the amount of the Bitcoin you have will also go down? I think the most logical explanation for this is that the amount you were withdrawing is in Euro. Probably in the time between you ordering this withdrawal and its approval by the system, there was a change in the Bitcoin price. If withdrawals are automatic, most likely the amount in BTC also automatically adjusted to the current exchange rate in Euro.

That will probably be the cause. Nowadays almost no site has an automatic payout with crypto, there are a number of reasons for this. I can't name a site that has it. Bets are all checked first, eg. I also don't think it would be wise for this site to introduce automatic payouts.
