Blocking access to verified Mercatox account

Dear, my Mercatox account that is verified and my transactions are low stopped receiving the confirmation email on 01/02/22, I opened a ticket after some attempts stating that after login, password and 2fa I did not receive the email and was unable to access the platform, as well as having 3.8 Eth in order to buy a currency and then needed to at least cancel this order, their immediate return was that there were no email authentication problems, which could be a problem with ouutlook and they closed the ticket. On 06/02/22 I opened a new ticket asking then to change it to another gmail and since then it's been 28 days asking for a solution and receiving the return (in the same outlook email) that it's in the security department and will soon be solved, but I'm already thinking that they blocked me on purpose, because I just don't receive the authentication email for enter the exchange, the rest of their emails I receive by the way, the requirements for exchanging email as information of the last transactions (deposits and withdrawals) I sent the day I opened the ticket and they confirmed that it was ok, just waiting for the security sector conference, then there are 15 responses always with the same claim "sorry for the delay, your email exchange issue will be resolved soon" anyway, probably my funds were lost by 40% as the altcoin I was trading to trade at 1inch has already dropped 50% this month. I've seen many cases that seem to be resolved only after postings here. Thanks

They have a long series of real scam cases against Mercatox.com , those related to depositing money and then not being able to withdraw it, in addition to the fact that the trading volumes are not real, there is not enough liquidity and therefore everything that happens is a scam.

Some people talk about long time of their system is under maintenance and Not able to withdraw.

Therefore, do not expect to be answered, try to obtain as much information from them, and contact the police or authorities in your country to try to recover that money.

Since there are many complaints against this exchange, we need to be more careful in using this exchange. You need to keep in touch with their support because they will not be able to avoid you. So, I posted here because I saw the success story of another trader and I found this community support very interesting. Now I saw the trustpilot link. I've asked them 2 more times, but the answer is the same, "be patient, your case is in a queue and will be resolved soon", but now it's 37 days without access and 31 days since I opened this ticket. Such poor support as if they don't care about your issue and they are giving you false hope that they are going to resolve it, your issue is so easy to fix all they have to do is change your email and you are good to go, 31 days is enough days to consider them as a scam exchange and give them a warning sign that investors should avoid this exchange.
I hope this thread will help your issue resolved and even if they resolve this issue people should avoid this exchange

I saw similarity in some cases reported here and on trustpilot: The client is moving tokens that really have a market and are high (maximum ATH), they block the client for a while and after the token drops 50% they return the account or release the transfer of the client token. It may just be imagination, but analyzing the occurrences it makes sense, in my case the Token that I traded doing arbitrage between Mercatox and 1inch was costing on average 0.05 Eth each (very high ATH), the buy orders were between 0.037 and 0.043 and after being blocked they were settled exactly up to 0.037 Eth, the tokens reached 0.055 Eth both on Mercatox and 1inch and today they are 0.025 Eth (50% correction), if my thesis is correct they will wait to reach 0.02 Eth and they will return me the account with the settled (bought) tokens.
