I've asked them 2 more times, but the answer is the same, "be patient, your case is in a queue and will be resolved soon", but now it's 37 days without access and 31 days since I opened this ticket. Such poor support as if they don't care about your issue and they are giving you false hope that they are going to resolve it, your issue is so easy to fix all they have to do is change your email and you are good to go, 31 days is enough days to consider them as a scam exchange and give them a warning sign that investors should avoid this exchange.
I hope this thread will help your issue resolved and even if they resolve this issue people should avoid this exchange
