Yes, there are certainly many people who only see when they go up,

It will really depend on the market, and as we know that Dogecoin gets hype when Elon musk tweets about it. Reaching $1 is not possible but it would take years since Dogecoin is just a meme coin.

Now the only problem that the most engaged social media owner can reach and manipulate the masses more is to show if they do it again on dogecoin. Cause doge wasn’t able to afford such price for long due to its heavy amount of supply!  After that, major influence dump their coin and Leave with profit and let them suffer who bought doge from peak.  Now situation is changed. Elon is shilling doge still but his tweets and option can't influence people madly again like 2021 cause people is become smart now and they already learned a good lesson from doge. Since Elon announced that he has acquired twitter, we have not seen any tweets where he mentioned Doge. Most recently he changed his avatar to NFT but not Doge but NFT APE. I have doubts about the future of Doge, is it that Elon stopped holding Doge after many times creating hype around it and now he continues to choose another memecoin as his new target. Doge's fate is still a question mark, foggy after Elon owns twitter.

Elon's influence has certainly waned somewhat, but that doesn't mean he can't make an impact back into the market. After owning twitter and if he continues to shill doge accepting doge as a payment method for Twitter ads I think doge still has a chance to continue his growth journey. Doge's growth all depends on Elon if he gives up on it, it will also be the end of the doge.
