I have a feeling there has been a misunderstanding somewhere, but we will sort it out.

I’m just wondering why, even after Steve addressed this thread, literally 50 minutes after it was created we have people with the urge to shit post to fill their weekly signature requirements. There are needless posts after Steve’s response.

This kind of stuff always baffles me. Leave it to the people involved.

I'm sorry, but I naively thought that it was inappropriate to add another margin on the odds for those who win too much according to them.
I knew that we can't win against bookmakers, but I still find it a bit too much...

The sooner you acknowledge the fact that you can't win against the house in the long term, the better it is for your mental and body health. Casinos are here to take your money. It is not the other way around. Gambling is not a job. If you enjoy playing that's fine but never think that you can turn it into a job. If you want to have a job as a gambler, start your own casino.

I am not the support member or I am not fond of sportsbet.io but they have already replied the answer of your question. Where they have stated that the limit might be base on individual and several things. I do not think they will be able to tell you the exact reason of your lower odds or how to be an individuals of higher odds.

It's been a week. I'm not here to undermine their ability to do their job, but come on, we all see what's going on. I've had numerous encounters with various support technicians and it takes literally hours to check database and find if his odds were modified or not. If they claim it to be a misunderstanding, they should make it so his odds are the same on any account. Lowering odds because he won some money in the past is cheating and if I found that a casino is doing it to my account, I'd leave and play somewhere else. There's plenty of sites where support doesn't take a week to investigate an issue and where you have even odds all day long.

Even though it's possible we have to face the reality as the number of people earning from sports betting is really small though like the 0.1% or maybe even less.

It's nice to see others gain success but it's not the same for a lot of people.

Also it sucks to see OP get juiced based on his recent success but unfortunately, we can't do much for him. I also agree with what the others mentioned check other sportsbooks for now as you have a lot of options to choose from.

We have different limits for different leagues, and we regularly review our business and make decisions around our total exposure which takes into account sports, competitions, events, markets. "

So as far as I understand it, the whole issue has been explained to you, however you deem it necessary to keep pushing the matter even further? To me, it sounds like you just did not do your research on the online gambling casino and obviously, you left out any reading of the terms of service. Sounds to me like this might just be your own fault for being uninformed.

I would probably leave the matter as a teaching moment instead of bothering support again.

Just to put things in place, I contacted the support again to know if what I was experiencing on sportsbet was going to be permanent and why not, being informed on what I have done wrong. The same support told me that I should get an answer soon (Steve in particular). I'm just waiting for this answer, there's nothing wrong with that, no?

We always depends on the odds on sports betting so yeah its quiet different on playing games in casinos but still this is gambling, there’s still a huge risk here. OP the site already explained everything to you and better to accept it because they are right, they can lower your odds at anytime as long as it works with their terms and regulations, you can’t so anything about that anymore.

It's unfortunate that limits on your account have been lowered. However, it's a good thing that Sportsbet was approachable and they managed to explain to you the reason behind your account's odd limit. Because after all, it's not really good to have the customers keep on thinking and be left hanging. Although I would like to suggest to the casinos to at least inform your clients about the betting odds so that they won't be shocked about sudden changes. It could be included in the terms and conditions, but a simple heads-up like giving them some sort of notification would be of great help. Hopefully, you'll be able to recover your account's odd limit to its original rate.

I can understand that you do not like it, however casinos are within their rights to do something like this since most likely it is in their TOS, when casinos face a player that they feel is not betting for the fun of it but doing so professionally then they can take a number of measures to reduce your edge over them, and one of them is to give you worst odds, and if you keep being successful I would not be surprised if your account eventually gets limited, this is something that we know that happens and professional sport bettors face it all the time.
