But this kind of special account restrictions or modification is indeed written in there ToS they have the right to lower your odds or avoid you from using it if you are always winning since Casino is not getting profit on you. You are still lucky that your account just reduced by 2% of the odds if your statement is true that you win a lot lately. And also there’s a lot of sportsbook that offers same odds with sportsbet, why not try them since sportsbet don’t lock your funds in your casino account.

Don't you get it? They won't reverse their decision since they know that you're a consistent winner which is something sportsbooks and casinos absolutely hate.

They reduce limits randomly for different winners based on various factors. These decisions make sense since they want to keep their business afloat even though it sucks for the winning gamblers.

Some sites like Pinnacle etc never reduce your limits. Betting exchanges also don't reduce limits since they don't care whether you win or lose.

I think I've got it now. considering Steve's message it was still ambiguous that's why I was waiting, but you are right, I have nothing more to expect.

Whilst this is definitely something new to me, they've explained their stance quite well.

They are a private business and as such, they are able to offer you any deal they want (even 0x payout). It is up to you whether or not you want to take up that offer.

I suspect that they probably spot some activity that makes them think you have a long term edge/you are a whale. To hedge against their own risks, they have lowered your odds. Perfectly fine.
