Or he can come back with many proofs of chat and try to convince us that he is not guilty and only wants his money. But loaning money to someone on the internet without us knowing who are they is a big mistake and a big NO because how we can know they will pay back the money to us? Even we know that person, that is still not a good idea. Hopefully, @OP has got his lesson and not doing again in the future.

Hello everyone , I don’t know where to start.

But during my time using bustabit I’ve experienced unfairness with the owner and his power ego
I’ve had my account disabled without warning /email notification saying if I deposited in said account I won’t be able to withdraw something like that should be mandatory even PayPal, cashapp , has it. unless it’s fraud you can’t withdrawn until proving it’s actually you.
Anyways. I’ve dealt with this for a while and this started when I loaned someone 6k called Luke and when he lost he told Daniel I made him lose and I say was asking for bits when I showed proof I’m asking what I loaned. I got muted for “begging “ ever since then no matter how much I pleaded he kept muting. Ok fine I stopping caring about chat, I mainly use shiba for balance and now recently without notice all I did was rained bits and I got muted and my funds disabled. He forcefully made me agree to something  that’s not in the chat rules or toss. He stated if I spoke to anyone about my ban  he’d mute and lock my account .


And for the dick riders that like to pick up for him without knowing the full story I can show all proof.  
Everyone has a policy and you can’t make up a rule as you go. Because if you actually took this to court they’d ask did the policy say after x amount of mutes it’s permanent banned with froze account ? I’m not here to bash the website. As I like playing there but I don’t like the unfairness. I’ve seen whales muted on mutiltple accounts but their balance didn’t get freeze.

I think the main problem that you would be facing here is that you haven't provided enough evidence to support your accusations. You should have posted screenshots to prove your claims because to be honest, Bustabit has a good reputation so it would be unfair to accuse them of something without any proof.

Bustabit has a pretty good reputation on the scene, so I think that a lot of community members would very much appreciate proof of your allegations.

Lending to users on gambling sites in general is very sketchy, and sometimes it is explicitly banned by the casino (not sure if that is the case here). But freezing funds would certainly cause a lot of raised eyebrows in this scene.

yeah I’m only pointing out the freezing part he’s only done this to me. I’ve seen him unmute many people for bashing him and I’ve never bashed. They’ve laughed after me after forcing me to agree “if I ever disregard my ban to anyone they’ll lock my account “ nothing in Their  poss say they can freeze your funds and talking about wanting me to wait 3 months. You can check if your country is barred from them and meanwhile you got a message to your email not to fund the account because you won't be able to get a withdraw out on this, maybe that was a warming already that you didn't follow or you provide better leading information and proof to guide.
