Becoming a Jr member or member  is a position that can be acquired in a very short time when newly join the forum. It can be difficult for some jr member or member to learn everything at that short time, some newbies may find it very easy to learn things concerning the forum in a very short time too. Learning differs in every individuals,  can be slow and some can be fast. It is compulsory every jr member or member must be familiar with everything, Learning is a process with time.

Yes of course, becoming a jr member or a member is the elementary position in the forum which i know very well that everyone can as well achieve possibly, but before it will be achieved easily a little work done, will be done.

It can be difficult for some jr member or member to learn everything at that short time,

i disagree with you, the only thing i know that requires quick learning is attention, observation and proper research that can bring innovations to the community, once you are concentrated to the forum growth is just a number base on the community activities, and remember that when we talking of growth we are pointing finger at merit majorly, so with your creativity merit will be earned.

that's while we have different capabilities of understanding and different intellectual quotient, it differ the ability of individual comprehension, like as i said before that concentration and observation is the only method of getting accelerated in the community, we have so many users in the community which their curiosity made to ascertain some certain height to in the community, from my perspective it's very obvious that whatever you advantages of, will definitely become easy accessible.

In 20 years I have been a member of many forums on the Internet but this forum is very specific and special.
Unlike other forums, where members gather because of certain common interests and hobbies, they come here mainly because of the opportunity to earn.
Of course, there is nothing wrong with that, as long as certain rules are followed.
Many new members on this forum seem eager to start making money as soon as possible, and don’t want to wait.
This then leads to spam, rule violations, plagiarism... and final result is often plagiarism ban.
I don't think that this will change, nor that all new members will start reading the rules of the forum and respect them, although there will always be new members who will contribute their knowledge and reputation to the quality of this forum, of course.

One very first I think that someone who is new member to any particular organization or community should do first is by learning the rules and regulations governing such community,  In this you've taken the right steps.
 Learning is indeed a process which means everyone needs to learn in order to be successful in whatsoever someone is involved.
 when you learn you earn this is to tell you that learning is even profitable all round.
You can't give what you don't have and as a newbie you need to learn from other people before you to get it right and also give out to others your own experience.
