There is only 364523 blocks connected at the moment, though the address was listen in the address book.
So your wallet isn't synced and that's why you don't see the transaction in question.
If you are in hurry or you don't want to download the blockchain (which is nearly 400 gigabytes of data), you can export your private key and import it into a spv wallet like
electrum.
In SPV wallets, you don't have to download the blockchain.
Warning:
SPV wallets don't give you the privacy wallets like bitcoin core and Armory give you.
In SPV wallets, you connect to a server which can link your addresses with your IP.

Correct.
Armory use the data downloaded by bitcoin core.
