No problems if you can cope with the high temp is a hot weather because I have a old rx560 GPU that has a single fan and I enjoy gaming only in cold weather or at nights, high end games lags on the card due to high temp.
I don't think you need to play only at night or cold weather, this is not normal, even a single fan card is build to satisfy the needs of a customer, and we are talking about gaming
1 - RX 560 is not hot like rx 580 for example, 560 consumes less power
2 - You can use MSI Afterburner or AMD Radeon Software to put your fans to a fixed rotation, like 70 or 80% or even set a curve fan settings
3 - Make sure you have ventilation in you PC, at least one fan at each side to ventilate
4 - You can put a simple and cheap fan directly to the backplate of your card to reduce temperature
5 - Reduce core voltage (some RXs like less voltage, and in some cases you can achieve more clock with less voltage)
If all above didn't solve the problem, there's 1 last thing you can do
6 - Change thermal paste
