It's not a good idea to use mini cards for mining, they are usually clocked lower and are more
difficult to keep cool. It's the compromise for being small. I would only consider it if space was
an issue and I had an external fan to provide extra cooling.

I only had one "mini" GPU, an old GTX 1070 GALAX, but it was 2 fans model
At the same time I had 2 others 1070 and the difference was something like more 3 Cº to 5 Cº

Which model are you talking about?
Maybe it's not that bad, if project is good, 3060s are not power hungry and if you put some simple fan like JayDDee said, you probably can keep good temps
If the brand gives you 2 or 3 years of warranty, it's even better.

I had many Zotac and MSI 1050 ti and 1060 with single fan which I used to mine a bit in 2016/2017 but the problem was they got down pretty quick,it is usually a bigger fan than the fans in dual or triple fan cards but the fan got dusty much faster and it was not of the same quality as that of dual or triple fan cards.I never suggest you mine with a single fan cards as you are prone to a single point of failure, sure you can replace them and if that is the only option you have make sure to buy a couple of additional fan to have as spare in order to not stop mining when the fan fails.

Considering it's the LHR model, I wouldn't worry too much about heat or the single fan.  That thing will never hash fast enough to overheat anyway in normal circumstances.  I also think you'll probably regret paying $500 for that GPU right now.  It will likely take you several years to make that back with a LHR model even if you have cheap electricity.  If you're in someplace like California, you have absolutely no chance of ever paying that off.  Maybe consider buying the crypto you want now instead of a GPU?  Waiting until this reseller madness is over might be the smart move.  Especially when the next generation of GPUs is right around the corner and I'd think eventually the politicians will get the supply chain nonsense figured out...  Seems like a bad time to purchase a GPU unless you need the heat, in which case a LHR model isn't a good choice.

What? I don't believe this, I have three gtx1660 super that are single fan and they are mining Ethereum with 31.2MH using hive OS and I've done research on this mini 3060 card it works just like the bigger cards, the only issues users complained about is noise from the fan itself.

Someone I knew build a rig with 6 gtx1060 two years back with single fan and those cards still works, my advice is to always clean them from time to time the more they gather dusts the lower the fan speed up and the heat will rise up faster, always clean dusts weekly or every two weeks.

How much does a graphics card with two fans cost?
In summer you will have problems with overheating. You have to decide what is best for you: solve problems with overheating or buy video cards with good cooling. I would dismantle the cooling system and install these video cards in a server case.

No problem if you can cope with the high temp in a hot weather because I have a old rx560 GPU that has a single fan and I enjoy gaming only in cold weather or at nights, high end games lags on the card due to high temp in hot weather, more fans less heat.

I don't think you need to play only at night or cold weather, this is not normal, even a single fan card is build to satisfy the needs of a customer, and we are talking about gaming

1 - RX 560 is not hot like rx 580 for example, 560 consumes less power
2 - You can use MSI Afterburner or AMD Radeon Software to put your fans to a fixed rotation, like 70 or 80% or even set a curve fan settings
3 - Make sure you have ventilation in you PC, at least one fan at each side to ventilate
4 - You can put a simple and cheap fan directly to the backplate of your card to reduce temperature
5 - Reduce core voltage (some RXs like less voltage, and in some cases you can achieve more clock with less voltage)

If all above didn't solve the problem, there's 1 last thing you can do

6 - Change thermal paste
