aside from that, when stake took drake as their celebrity endorser, drake was already an active gambler on their site. it is not the case that they hire drake just to endorse the casino. they have their history already.

If they can afford to pay a celebrity to endorse thier casino its already making a big step to success.  Having a celebrity on the webpage of a casino is a big plus for its marketing. It depends on what the casino wants imo, it's not a matter of whether they should do it or not. Regarding to the necessity, it depends on the financial condition and the "level" of the particular casino.
