	To preserve your anonymity and make Chainanalysis as hard as possible, we have decided to randomly generate the fees for mixing operations. 	Our mixing mechanism technically has no upper limit. The minimum amount to mix Bitcoins is variable as it depends on the USD value. Currently, the minimum amount to mix is: 0.001 BTC. If you send less than the minimum amount for an order, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund minus the transaction costs incurred.
	A mixing process can be completed at least within an hour, but can take longer depending on the transfer delay you set, added with the time of getting 2 confirmations of the blockchain network. When creating a mixing order, the deposit must be made to the generated address within 24 hours including the 2 confirmations of the network, so that the order can be automatically processed by our system. If you sent the coins after 24 hours, don’t worry, your funds are not lost (contact our support).
	The UniCode is a unique string that is generated when you place your first mixing order. We recommend that you use this code for all future mixing orders, as this ensures that you rotate within the available CoinJoin pools and will never partially receive your coins back from past orders.

Exactly, the accuser has to make his own review on the site and what conspired the losing of the coin. I am thinking that he deposited the coin in a wrong mixer address. Or he didn't follow the procedure very well.

I visited unijoin's clearnet and tor mirror and just found a little detail that needs to be updated. As said on the OP, the minimum amount to be mixed is 0.001BTC.

Whilst on the website's FAQ with both clearnet and tor mirror, it says. 0.000BTC.

How it works?

With which wallet software or app? Or when I entered the site I would see what to do and create the wallet address there? Mixer is new to me. But I have small idea because I have seen it in the forum and also I have mixed coins in Utopia Mixing service but Utopia's Mixer has app and when you sign up and login then you see the home page and other features to perform. But I don't think tours is the same with Utopia app and software.
