I have seen the glory and best days of this casino. They've even launched a newer version for which resulted in success IMO. But having problems with commissions and affiliates, they should fix this thing and must be responsive to their "business partners". Yeah, they're business partners because they're helping the casino to gain more exposure and get better leads and customers signing up with them. Let's see if they're going to take action on this to complain made by OP and if they're going to fill those unpaid commissions.

As per reason that they have in the past that they have nothing to do with their Casino-based own coin unto its price decline which is totally understandable but we dont actually knows on what happen

behind the curtains yet they could possibly able to sell their portion on that time when its price is still on the peak side which it did really result into huge loss into those investors.
Well, its a typical thing on ICO investment but they should have delivered and continued to give out good service into the community.They had some fully overhaul
of the site but it wasnt enough.

Yes, these issues are starting to come out and becoming bad already and that would give the early accusations on them to be taken that there's already the problem even before a complain like this has come.
Dealing with these issues thrown to them, they have answers but that won't satisfy the complainants for real because they've been silent lately.

^ But that is probably the decision of Bitdice, they stopped the affiliate program as the OP stated that affiliation was no longer available, probably we can't blame them regarding this matter but probably it is good if they will pay those affiliate services that existing promoting them rather than ignoring them.

Closing down the affiliate program is their right obviously but it should not be done silently without prior notice to their partners/users. Professional casino will inform their affiliate partner would have informed about such move in advance. Not responding their partner for months also tell us that bitdice is not professional. They were to be very professional in the past but seems that it has changed already since they are not active anymore in this forum. It is really sad to hear this story, an old trusted site turn into untrusted site because of something that can be handled easily imo.

Yeah, they have been in the crypto gambling for years and then suddenly they turn out to be very shady in the last 2 years or so. We really don't know what happen from behind, but they seems to have their issues with their token.

Anyhow, I guess they no longer care about their reputation anymore, although the website is still in existence, maybe the competition really killed them and now that they have been exposed again in this case of affiliates, their bad reputation is irreversible.

Thanks, OP for letting the community know about this. If the platform doesn't reply to a partner. Imagine what they do with the customers? Last year, There were at least four scam accusations were created against Bitdice. Three of them were from the same person.

What kind of question is this? Every affiliates wants to maximize their earnings especially if your resources is focused on gambling & casino, then becoming an affiliates for every casino will give you higher chance to earn more. Besides bitdice is a reputable gambling website, well, maybe its now only a tale in the past, as lots of concerns arise lately.

What kind of question is this? Are you an affiliate? Did you "maximize" your earnings by being an affiliate for EVERY casino? You maximize earnings by focusing on one or two good casinos that are attractive, and spend less on the others, and avoid the bad casinos.

If you advertise for all, including the known scams, your reputation goes bust, and you lose credibility, then everyone will assume all the casinos you promote are scams.

I would like to know why OP chose this site when it does seem like they have gone out of business or are inactive.

I don't follow the site anymore, they were popular back then but after they raise an ICO, they started to lose their popularity, and AFAIK, their project failed? correct me if I'm wrong. The review maybe is justified, so it's good that the community are aware of we can think twice before playing with this site.

The project is not a failure because they have already a working Casino before they introduced an ICO for investment in there company. The Casino is still running with active players, They are just starting to receive multiple complain due to improper handling of all the issue sent to them. AFAIK they are still answering questions in there support and just ignoring all the known complains. This is not a failure since the business is still working. They should address all the issue on there Casino to maintain there reputation here. They are an old Casino and it will be such a waste to exit scam at this point while Casino industry is starting to boom again in crypto.

Yes, the casino is still active but I'm looking at the investors' side, what happen to the tokens they purchased? Can they sell it with profit? And is the current price now very cheap already? If the answer is no, then in my personal opinion, the project failed.

Now that’s really weird about them. This forum being most important and concentric point of contact why are they being active elsewhere. I’m not sure why would such reputed casino would turn into inactive blasting bomb. That’s really not cool as they might just get into more trouble socially and get impacted in negative ways.

They have to mend it with the issue that has been brought. If there's no notice about cutting of ties with their affiliates then there's a need to pay it.

They're done with that and that's not the issue though. It's a different thing and I think there's no relation from it and with the complains that they have just after the update they've made.

The concern is about Bitdice is not answering the support ticket that regards to there affliate commission. He already updated the main post stating that Bitdice already give them a feedback even though Bitdice dodge this issue, they still have a lot of pending issue before while taking few days to send a reply to a valid concern seems worrying for players playing with huge amount money in there Casino. This is not the old Bitdice that we already know. They started to change after they launch ICO and never deliver what they promise before.
