If there is a rematch clause then Tank will have to look for other opponents, but I'm not sure who is he going to face next, Romero is asking for a rematch with him, but I don't see Davis giving him that opportunity again as he said on the post fight.

Loma is still busy in his native country of Ukraine, while Ryan Garcia might be the logical option, or even Lopez if he can still make the LW division.

Romero has to move on, he will not get a rematch with Davis as that was a very clear win. Davis will instead look for an opponent that has a good record and could him create a good fight. Romero was given a chance, his chance is now over.

That's a sign though of sour loser as he can't move on. And I agree that he has his chance but didn't make the best of it. Rolly might have a good boxing future because everyone talks about his power, but they shouldn't let him fight the champion this early at his career because he is going to be destroyed as he lacks the experience. I'm thinking that he could be a good match against Isaac "the Pitbull' Cruz next. Two hard nose fighter with very good power. But we will see what Floyd next option will be for Romero.

Losing the first time via knockout is such a bad experience but Rolly will learn, but he should change his attitude and maybe change his trainer, it's not always power that wins the match it's always timing and getting the upper hand at the right time, and this is why Haney and Kambosos are ahead of the pack they are patient, they are not seeker they know that it will come when they work on the opportunity and the right timing and this is what Romero totally lack, Romero is good for level B fighters but for level A he'll have a hard time adjusting.
Exactly, too bad for Romero because he was matched against Gervonta Davis even if they were under the same promotion. In my opinion, Mayweather isn't fully after the money but because he wanted Romero to defeat the Tank Davis and give him a scratch in his record with a bad blood before he leave the said promotion. But Davis is just too much for the kid, his records were good and it was kind of a waste because he was put to against the Tank.

Lopez was not smart in that fight, we cannot compare him to Haney because Haney is a technical fighter, it doesn't matter if he will bore the crowd as long as he controls the fight and in the end, he will get the judges decision. The only way Kambasos could win is to stay aggressive, and pressure Haney until he commits mistakes that would lead to an opening for a clean shots by him.

You cannot be great if you're not smart, ring IQ is very important you don't go inside the ring only thinking that you will knock out your opponent this has caused Lopez and now Romero, overconfidence is good, boasting about what you will do inside the ring is not, going back to Haney and Kambosos, its a game of wait and see as both fighters are known to be very patient, but like what I said Haney should take the initiative and should make it appear that he is a more superior fighter, he is up against a hostile crowd and a hometown decision.

I definitely agree about that! IQ is important whether they are inside or outside the ring, instead it's more helpful and needed outside the ring because that's the most times where they decide whether it's time for a fight or if it's futile to go for it. Having the ability to be patient and balance things is a must have, Romero and Lopez surely don't have those qualities. They are just looking at the picture where they need to defeat heavy opponents without seeing the whole picture that it's too soon for them.

Yeah, and inside the ring, great boxers learn to adjust and maybe Haney have  this IQ. During their last face off there are some heated arguments again. Kambosos doesn't believed that Haney has it to beat him. He put a summary that he went far and beyond in his boxing as compare to Haney who he described as just being gifted by his belt that he is holding. Just a couple more days and we will see who is going to be the undisputed at 135 lbs.

Few more days before fight night. Unified champion George Kambosos is pumped and ready. It is time to test the WBC e-mail champ, Devin Haney. We will see if the young e-mail champion has what it takes to become undisputed. Despite defending his championship belts the first time, I still believe that Kambosos is more tested and more experienced in world level. While Haney was in the US defending his belt, George was travelling around the globe and fought opponents in their own backyards. George will take this kid somewhere he's never been, in deep waters.

Lopez was a champion before he fought with Kambosos, he's risking all of his belts for nothing. I believe he suppose Kambosos is easy boxer for him, though I'm not sure either Lopez cherry pick Kambosos, or Kambosos want to challenge Lopez at that time. I think Lopez is a good boxer, but he didn't expect Kambosos will beat him as we can see he fallen on the first round.

Nice optimism mate, but the bookies tell otherwise Cheesy
However I'm also on Kambosos side, surely he will be motivated when he was beat Lopez and won't being or underestimate his opponent.

It is still the same, and if we really compare it thoroughly, Devin Haney is the one who is more tested and has more experience than Kambosos. Certainly that doesn't mean that Kambosos is more experienced just because he fought in 6 different countries, while the challenger, Devin Haney has only fought his fights in North America (USA and Mexico).

If we're talking about being pumped up and ready, surely both of them will be ready but Kambosos cannot hide his anxiousness against Haney. I mean, he's trying to get into the head of Haney but the latter didn't even respond.

KO result is the only way to ensure that the fight is fair, when it comes to the judges, not everyone will approve of their decision because we are also biased as a fan. I don't know if we can expect an honest judging in this fight if it goes to the scorecards because we know that Pacman was once cheated in this country.

Of course, Haney will be trying to win by knock out but that's hard to get since Kambosos always train hard and is always at the peak at the time of the fight, if the fight is too close, the hometown decision will play a big factor on the judges' decision, Haney should chase Kambosos and be more aggressive to impress the judges' of course he needs to score a lot and should hurt Kambosos if he wants to win the fight, Australian will be hostile because four titles is at stakes here and Kambosos is their boxing hero now.
It's interesting to watch this fight because regardless of anything, both boxers have something to motivate them so that they can be the last survivors in the ring.
But if you look at some footage on social media and some platforms now, it seems that Kmabasos is quite confident and has started to continue doing psy war Will Cut Haney & Drown Him

For me, Haney will seek to take advantage of his tremendous knockout streak to do the same with KAMBOSOS. There is something that should be highlighted in boxers of this style is that in the first round they will seek to tire them out in order to take advantage of their fatigue, Haney I put about 4 rounds on him fighting with all his strength, taking out everything he has in resistance and if he doesn't achieve anything, a knockout or something like that, he will wait for the other rounds to resist, it is for this reason that Haney must be in a very hard training to be able to withstand the blows of Kambosos.

Now, he has to defend it against Haney this coming Sunday. Well there's nothing wrong in betting the champion here as the underdog, maybe he can pull it off again.

It also seems to me that betting on Kambosos is a good option, since he is formally an underdog and the odds for him are very attractive - 2.6. And the result of this fight is far from obvious, for example, Pacquiao believes that Cambasos will be the winner. In the fight with Lopez, Cambasos was also an underdog, but he won one way or another, I think in the fight with Haney he will try to be the first number and fight from the very beginning. It is believed that Haney is less dangerous in terms of knockout, so he can afford such activity from the very beginning.

Aside from that, the fight will be held on his own home soil and that is in-fact his advantage because he have his fellow countrymen around the ring and the venue to cheer for him and give him a boost of confidence whenever he needs it. Betting on the champion which is an underdog in this fight is not a bad thing to do because if it turns out that he will be the hailed winner again then that bet will turn into huge bucks. As for Haney, the challenger, this is his first time traveling abroad. We will see soon how would he react to the fight when the audience is not on his favor.

^^ Because Kambosos was the mandatory of the IBF belt that Lopez hold that time. So he is obliged to fight him. Kambosos beat Lee Shelby to become the mandatory challenger for Lopez then. But we all know what happens next as Kambosos won in a split decision.

Maybe this is good enough but if you look at it from another angle, I still feel that Haney is currently able to overcome Kambosos.
Regardless, Kambosos has been talking too much lately, it seems, and this clearly indicates that he is still anticipating Haney's move and still doesn't know what method to use against Haney in the future.

Ohh, I missed this one. I thought that Kambosos has all 4 belts in his hand but it is only three as Haney has the WBC belt.

Same here, I also believed that the Australian has an edge in terms of experience, and being the sparring partner of Manny Pacquiao before, that could have some boost on his career. I don't know why bookies have put Haney as the favorite in this fight, he has not fought big names yet though he won against Linares and Gamboa but both were in the twilight of their careers and they were made a stepping stone for young boxers with potentials to become world champions.

Odds at the moment if this fight goes the distance:

Haney 1.88  Kambosos 3.25

Yes, that's one thing, fighting in a hostile crowd, I don't think that Haney has tried that before. And in Australia, for sure it's all gonna be Kambosos and he will surely be affected mentally even though he will not admit it.

So I agree, at the current odds, Kambosos is a live underdog. Most likely the odds could shift a big, but still a 3:1 or 4:1 underdog, it is very attractive odds.

There's so much at stake in this fight the winner will be the undisputed lightweight champion he gets all the major belts and fame and fortune will be coming in whoever wins these four titles, between the two even though Haney is the favorite he is under pressure because it's not a neutral corner, the Australian is one of a hostile crowd, and officiating is not fair and compared to the Pacquiao fight, there's so much at stake at this fight for the Australian people.

Ohh, I missed this one. I thought that Kambosos has all 4 belts in his hand but it is only three as Haney has the WBC belt.
Kambosos is actually holding 5 belts at the moment; The Ring, WBA Super, IBF, WBO and WBC Franchise. But Kambosos can only defend and unify the WBA Super, IBF and WBO belts.

The Ring belt is the most prestigious belt in boxing but it is not a sanctioning body unlike WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO. The Ring belt is an award from The Ring magazine aka the bible of boxing. Not all divisions have Ring champions because it is only given to the clear champion of a division. If Haney can win clearly then it is obvious that The Ring will award him this belt.

WBC Franchise belt was a failed attempt by the WBC to create another major belt in a division. In order to free champions from WBC mandatories especially if you are holding many belts and you're a super star wherein picking opponents are mostly based on the financial side, the WBC made this belt. It is supposedly an upgraded WBC belt version like the Super WBA belt from its WBA regular belt. Franchise belts are not well received in boxing community and is not branded as a major or legit belt.

If Franchise belts were considered as the real WBC belts then Teofimo Lopez and then Kambosos would've been undisputed by now since it was Lomachencko's WBC belt that was upgraded into a Franchise belt. The WBC then e-mailed Haney (then WBC interim champion) that he was elevated into a full WBC champion thus many calling him as the e-mail champ since he never won the real belt from an actual fight.

The WBA Super is an upgraded WBA regular belt. The boxing community branded the Super WBA belt as WBA's major belt in a division thus the WBA regular belt can only become legit and major when there is no Super WBA champion in a division. Thus, Tank Davis is like a fake champion in lightweight.

I haven't bet on a decision because Kambosos knockout record is underrated. His last three opponents were all former world champions and he knocked downed two of them. And I saw the e-mail champ getting hurt several times. Kambosos might stop this kid.

You should bet now, Kambasos is really underrated, and the fact that he is still undefeated now, that says a lot that he is really a good boxer. Haney is just favored because of his great boxing talent, but a knockout artist for me is fun to watch compared to a technical boxer that sometimes would only be boring.

I already bet twice on Kambosos to win mate.

Nice optimism mate, but the bookies tell otherwise Cheesy
However I'm also on Kambosos side, surely he will be motivated when he was beat Lopez and won't being or underestimate his opponent.
Fv*k the bookies mate. Cheesy So far i'm still undefeated on my underdog betting picks this year.
Paul Butler 4+
Katie Taylor 2+
Dmitry Bivol 3+

Devin Haney didn't beat someone to take the WBC belt. He became the WBC champion thru e-mail. Baby Haney was babysit his whole professional career. He cannot swim in deep waters. And no dad on his side either to calm him down in times of trouble. I give him the respect by coming to Australia though but he is fighting the wrong guy.

Kambasos at 3.25, that's a good steal.

The fact that he is playing in front of the home crowd, we can expect that he will fight harder as he is more motivated to win. With this kind of odds, it seemed like bookies does not see Kambasos as a champion who has a good chance of beating Haney.

The words are underrated and underestimated.

I am more excited about this fight than all the other fights that started this year including the Romero - Davis fight, I know that Haney is good but I haven't seen him challenged this way against an undefeated fighter who beat the man who beat the man and on his opponent's territory if he can beat Kambosos decisively and unanimously he will be considered as the best than all the other lightweight in this area, better than Davis, or Garcia.

Yea, I remember that fight. That was too embarrassing on Lopez's side because the fight was held at his hometown yet the underdog Kambosos beat him good and managed to pin him down on the first round and eventually the latter won the match by a split decision. I don't have a doubt about Lopez because he was and is still so good, it's just that he committed few mistakes on the first round by coming so hot and aggressive but when he tasted a good left hook from the challenger, he slowed down. He can still get a revenge on that fight because he is still young and I believe he can upset the new lightweight champ.
