What's wrong with BNB itself? That's one of the best altcoins out there, is rather hold my BNB or trade one for BTC, BNB is a diamond on its own, you can keep it and find another means to buy BTC.

It depends on how you define "best" and in what terms. To me any asset is worth holding when it has been time-tested and stress-tested to regain original levels after every bear market and bitcoin is the only coin that has been doing that for years now. Altcoins are also available to everyone but they carry their own risks. If you are interested in one, by all means go for it.

But be careful of not becoming subjective with your statements when trying to fill your portfolio. Most newbies end up in self-dug holes because of this only. They put in money into some hype based coin (not that BNB is one, for now) and try to rise the hype ending up in a sudden drop in price.

You can convert it to bitcoin if you do not like to invest in an altcoin. Besides that, BNB itself is a good coin so why should I sell it and invest in the other coins while BNB has a good chance to increase higher. When you convert your BNB to Bitcoin, you have the best investment and you do not have to invest in the other altcoin. So that will be up to you, whether you still want to invest in altcoin or bitcoin.

Wouldn't it be better if you hold your BNB until you get your ATH back from BNB or you can save your coins to put on the Binance platform or a trusted DEX platform like Pancake swap so you don't lose on saving coins because you keep on making profits as long as you hold the coins, but if you want to switch to another token on the BSC platform it seems the risk of losing value is very high.

Although it's good for long term, it was invented in 2009 by anonymous man named Satoshi Nakamoto whose identity is still not revealed till today. Bitcoin is good for trading because of how the price fluctuates anyhow. Limited liability companies have started buying Bitcoins. Most shoking was when the El Salvador authorized Bitcoin as a legal tender in their country. Bitcoin is gaining popularity in the world generally. So, these makes it one of the safe coin to invest all your assets in.

binance coin or bitcoin have good future for long term investment. if we lookprice history bnb or bitcoin year by year, its give us huge return. both of them as main cryptocurrency have utility in crypto ecosystem ,so demand will always  there to attract price.

Sell 1 bnb for bitcoin and keep the remaining bnb. If that's the whole budget that you can trade for another crypto then I think that's how I'm going to do it.
It can also be like this, sell 1 bnb for bitcoin and then sell the other bnb for ethereum. You choose what you're going to invest wisely if you're looking for utility.

You can stay that 2bnb on binance put it on earn and get some free tokens from other project. Its kinda hard to invest that now on new projects especially on bsc cause they have tendency to do some nasty pump and dump. Actually you can make that multiply there but there is a potential risk involved and as a newbie tis not really advisable. Why not trade that on exchange. Sell it when it pump and wait for the dump then buy back again. Youre gonna scalp it until you make it big.

If you forgot this money, definitely convert it to bitcoin and then wait for the time to pass. If you prefer to take risks, you can try 1 mnby on newly released gem projects. The other 1 bnb remains as bnb. The choice is entirely yours, good luck. If you don't have enough knowledge, it might be better to stay away from gem projects.

bnb has already been a good investment for you. Binance exchange is a large platform and its own tokens are also showing a nice rise due to this size. Other than that, I do not recommend investing outside of marginal cryptocurrencies, and most importantly, do not invest according to someone's opinions. Otherwise, you will inevitably lose your money. Invest according to your own research and ideas.

As long as you are willing to continue holding the BNB coin then I don't think you need to look for another altcoin because basically the BNB coin is one of the good coins for us to invest in both in the short and long term, and so far the BNB coin has also proven itself capable of delivering great benefits especially for long term holders.

As some in this thread already mentioned, Bitcoin is never a wrong investment in my opinion. Of course you probably won't make a x10 of your investment within a few years anymore like the earlier investors but i think a x2 of your investment is still possible. The question is though, if you really want to switch from BNB to BTC because i think the growth potentail for BNB is at least as good as the one from Bitcoin itself. Of course if we hit another bear market then usually BTC is falling not as much as the Altcoins. BNB is a very big project already so the effects won't be as hard as with the smaller cap altcoins but it will still be falling harder than BTC in a bear market.

BTC is better than others in terms of investment, you need to pay attention to is share it, don't leave your money in one place like you currently have in coin bnb, buying more altcoins is also not bad, even highly recommended to reduce risk too. Go to the top 100 or 200 CMC, do your own research and then invest your money.

Low cap tokens are better for you consider you have small capital.

In my opinion if almost all of tokens in top 100 CMC or 200 CMC have utility usage. it's better for you to do your own research for this.

Also, the same thought as mine. If it's possible for OP to keep the 2 BNB, keep it and have a plan on how long you will hold it and at what price you're going to start selling those.
Whilst holding the 2 BNB, if you have other sources of income then that's what you'll use for buying another set of crypto that you're going to invest with. BNB has utilities although you probably have thought that they aren't enough because you're thinking of selling them, you've got a lot of choices then and mentioned by first suggestions like BTC.

2 bnb is around 900 dollars now I guess? and to me that amount is already decent if put in btc. A lot of us can only invest in btc for 5 or 10 dollars and we are already happy to think that this amount can grow massive if btc hits a new ath. Im not sure if what you mean are real pennies but we are not selling our btc investments at a tiny increase but we are going to hodl it for years.

We are not going to earn pennies by that but we are going to earn thousands and hundred thousands of dollars. Coins other than btc are not that good anymore, especially the coins that are the top 100 or 200. Chances are that you can pick a shitcoin. It's now easy for a shitcoin to join the top spot nowadays.

It's hard to say a specific coin as you may also reject this. Try to do it by yourself. You have knowledge about how to pick the best one.

If you talk about crypto investing, no shitcoins? Bitcoin is the answer or at least you already have it which is BNB. Why don't you hold back or if you can increase your BNB amount. I think BNB is a decent coin and has utility that you should have as an investment. Instead of you putting your money in other projects, I think increasing the amount of BNB as savings is your top priority.

Then go for Bitcoin. The primary and reliable crypto. It has use case and not shitcoins and thats what you're looking for. But when it comes to altcoins, you have to dig deeper because its more risky compared to investing in Bitcoin. So the choice is yours, if you want to go all in choose Bitcoin, if you want to diversify then choose alts that has use case too and already existing for years.

Nevertheless dont rely alone on suggestions because you have to DYOR to understand their worth.
