Back then there are shops I wanted to trade with that sometimes specify BNB as it payment method.  if I were u, I will keep the BNB, look for other sources to get bitcoin.m and other Altcoins.

It's better in a bear market situation like now, if you have BNB or other altcoins it's better to hold on in the long term because the current situation makes it impossible to invest because bitcoin and altcoin prices continue to decline. I don't support the OP or anybody even selling their BNB because that's a very good project compared to the other projects they're trying to invest in. BNB has held strong in the bear market when compared to other altcoins.

If some other projects had the level of FUD that Binance has been receiving lately, their tokens would probably be dead by now or trading at a very low price that'll discourage investors from buying.

BNB will be among the top gainers for the next bull market and I'm predicting a minimum of $1k which is still a very good profits when you understand that the altcoins you're buying with you BNB might not make it to the next bull market.

if it is an altcoin then BNB is indeed the right choice. as long as binance as exchange no.1 still exists, the potential for BNB will always be high. even I also accumulated bit by bit my investment in BNB. maybe for beginners if they enter altcoins then ETH and BNB will always be the most recommended for them. because I think the strongest fundamentals are in BNB and ETH for now. even their ecosystem is very, very large and wide.

BNB itself is beneficial and I think you should hold it. BNB is a successful token and from many others coins it is better to hold but still if you want to exchange it with other successful project then I will suggest to invest in bitcoin. May be you want to exchange BNB with any other coins because altcoins are not trustworthy and they have no guarantee to have a successful coin, but i think it will provide you more profit and if we talk about a another project so we can say that there is no other project which is trustworthy because crypto is itself volatile then how its project can be trustworthy. Hope you already got your answer and from myself I would suggest to invest in Bitcoin when it's very cheap. If you choose other than Bitcoin then always choose the top ranked altcoins like Ethereum, BNB, Litecoin, Ripple etc. But the best will be investing in Bitcoin and holding it.
