What happened:: I trying to test the website new  casino then go with  deposit  0.43 LTC, I did play and win for blackjack and wheel.  once I won my account auto-logout then trying to relogin, my account has incorrect password

Deposit 7:40AM then complaint for next 4 minutes? that's your mean?

The deposit was LTC, but to make clearly, even the site shown my transaction deposit  must have 1block, but the site went  instantly, credited before get blocks.

I did bet, then I thought I was won with 0.03LTC for blackchack, usually odds blackjack  is 3:2, but total profit is onlt 0.015LTc even didn't reach  for 1:1. Then I go for other games wheels,  I did take highest risk on betting, then win, after that my account is auto-logout, trying relogin then didn't work, the system said my input is wrong password. I trying to recovering, the result is my email is  didn't registered.

that's only 4 minutes, you can do a lot things, even for short complaint, cause my account totally gone include  my deposit Smiley

I'm wondering why you have jumped into a new casino which has make the announcement just few hours ago! Someone has said that there is a lot of exploits on the website (See here). Perhaps, the admin of the website has disabled the access (login/sign-up and betting features) for the users. I just tried to create an account there and getting this error message



After clicking on the register option it says “successfully registered please wait...”, then it says “username not found”. I have waited for a while but nothing happened. I have tried with different username too, but the system always giving the same error message.

If the casino team are working to fix their website then wait until they fix it. If they are scam then the forum members has nothing to do for you. Because, this is a new casino. They don't have any reputation here, no one knows about the casino team.

This is actually a lousy way to start a new casino. Strange that they did not do some beta testing before launch.

Seems the site is getting shadier here. The playcrash rep said that they will refund and check his inbox, and yet, nothing? I hope people will make sure to read reviews before sending any penny to them. They won't go far if this is how they treat their players. Even if they make a new ANN, people will still find out their history. It is by no means a good start if they want to build a reliable casino.

They claim they found some bugs and vulnerabilities in their platform and they need to fix them but this is not an excuse to stop responding or to delay refunding their customers.
Also, the least they could do was to put the website on maintenance mode or to stop accepting new registrations and deposits which they didn't do!
Am not a dt member but I'll give them a negative feedback for the moment and will revise/remove it when they fix this issue. I hope some dt members will tag them too.

They only went offline after reading about this allegation. It remains to be seen why they are offline without any updates. If they stay offline like this without giving any solution to this issue then it will take their reputation very badly. Even after all this time, since the problem has not been solved, it is only natural that people will no longer trust them.

So I hope they will refund the funds if they have honest intentions to do business, and will come back with many more excuses if they have scam thoughts.

I just noticed this scam accusation. As I stated in their ANN topic, this is not a new casino but a copy of bgame.io.

PlayCrash.com casino is a copy of bgame.io (identical script) with minimal changes and slightly different colors.



Bgame.io was developed and launched by a user amoonaser, however, ANN was later changed.

Bgame.io ANN (archived): BGame.io [ 0% House Edge ] - Supports 26 Currencies - 12 Popular Games

Later, after accusations from the community that the script was buggy and unfinished, he changed the thread title to: "Sell a Casino with 12 Popular Games - Supports 26 Currencies - and More", and instead of ANN he now says "SORRY".

He allegedly sold his script here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5343635.0 (archived), but I sincerely doubt it. Who would want to buy a faulty casino script?
There is a strong possibility that this is a new attempt by the same user to launch a casino on a new domain and under a new name.

The playcrash team should at least give you a time frame in which you should expect payment or the refund to be made. It does not make sense having to make someone wait, yet they have no idea of when the payment will be made.
I don't see the accused gambling site returning the OP fund cause their representative was online today and didn't care to visit this thread to update the community about the development of the accusation.
Things like this will always happen if the newbie is seized from listening to expensive advice given to them.
