The way you said it, everyone thought this case might be resolved quickly. But op is still claiming he has not received his refund yet. So where there is a problem, if you share it to give a refund to that user, then it will be easy for everyone to understand. Because you promised to solve the problem and you said you had no intention of scamming. So we hope you will give update this user regarding this issue very soon.

The playcrash team should at least give you a time frame in which you should expect payment or the refund to be made. It does not make sense having to make someone wait, yet they have no idea of when the payment will be made.

This is not right it should be right away, they have acknowledged their mistake they should refund you or credited your account, delays will make the community think that they are not true to their promise, they are ruining their reputation first they launch a casino with many errors and bugs and now it's taking them long to refund the deposit, people should think before playing here, there could be more issues coming in after this.

Like, why would someone not want the word "SCAM" to appear in the chat and instead turn it into "GOOD"?

Are playcrash.com already guilty of being scammers so they want to censor all the complaints in the chat,

Like a user tries to warn other users in the chat by say;

But then the words get converted to

I read their new announcement thread and it looks like you are not the only victim. Another user complained about lising $50 because of the same problem:

Seems the site is getting shadier here. The playcrash rep said that they will refund and check his inbox, and yet, nothing? I hope people will make sure to read reviews before sending any penny to them. They won't go far if this is how they treat their players. Even if they make a new ANN, people will still find out their history. It is by no means a good start if they want to build a reliable casino.

this starts to get weirder, this disappearance shows a bad professionalism, bad customer service, have you contacted them yet again? in case you still haven't contacted them, I suggest you contact them again and make a print screen of the email you send to him. They claim they found some bugs and vulnerabilities in their platform and they need to fix them but this is not an excuse to stop responding or to delay refunding their customers.
Also, the least they could do was to put the website on maintenance mode or to stop accepting new registrations and deposits which they didn't do!
Am not a dt member but I'll give them a negative feedback for the moment and will revise/remove it when they fix this issue. I hope some dt members will tag them too.

are they at least still communicating with you or has given you a reason as to why your deposit is still not refunded? at the moment it is best to wait and be patient but if they still have not refunded you after several days I'd start to be worried. anyway, I hope you get your money back.

I also thought he would solve this problem soon, it's been more than 48 hours and he still hasn't solved this problem, it's not something difficult and it doesn't take time for him to return people's money, that's why I think this delay in returning the People's money is highly suspicious, so I also left negative feedback on his account and only remove it when OP says the issue is resolved.

They already acknowledged it will not take them days to refund the money they should have refunded it right away after they made an announcement and they are not logged in here in the forum anymore it's been two days even if they resolve the issue I still will not visit the site much more to play and I advice all the others to do the same.

They only went offline after reading about this allegation. It remains to be seen why they are offline without any updates. If they stay offline like this without giving any solution to this issue then it will take their reputation very badly. Even after all this time, since the problem has not been solved, it is only natural that people will no longer trust them.

So I hope they will refund the funds if they have honest intentions to do business, and will come back with many more excuses if they have scam thoughts.

I just noticed this scam accusation. As I stated in their ANN topic, this is not a new casino but a copy of bgame.io.

PlayCrash.com casino is a copy of bgame.io (identical script) with minimal changes and slightly different colors.



Bgame.io was developed and launched by a user amoonaser, however, ANN was later changed.

Later, after accusations from the community that the script was buggy and unfinished, he changed the thread title to: "Sell a Casino with 12 Popular Games - Supports 26 Currencies - and More", and instead of ANN he now says "SORRY".

He allegedly sold his script here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5343635.0 (archived), but I sincerely doubt it. Who would want to buy a faulty casino script?
There is a strong possibility that this is a new attempt by the same user to launch a casino on a new domain and under a new name.

The casino operator log in today but they have not addressed the issue they have locked their announcement thread, but there's always a possibility that they will relaunch their casino with the same script and different name now that they are tagged they will take down the site and create a new one, people should be familiar on the script that they are using.

I don't see the accused gambling site returning the OP fund cause their representative was online today and didn't care to visit this thread to update the community about the development of the accusation.
Things like this will always happen if the newbie is seized from listening to expensive advice given to them.
