3. so Like day(s) or a week ago I left the Telegram Group and  used my Old Bitcoin Address(es) - Not Level 2 verified in coins.ph but can withdraw small amount for the fact that  I was still a Jr.member to Member Rank that time and the  Paygrade for campaign was like 5 to 8$ a week(just what i can remember).

I left them a note in the tag so managers could draw their own conclusions about whether to accept these accounts into their companies or not. But you're right, two accounts regularly sign up for the same campaigns, probably with the hope that one will be accepted. Maybe I didn’t look well, but other than transferring merits, I didn’t see the participation of two accounts in one company. As for sending merits, if the administrator doesn't judge this, then a neutral tag will probably be enough.

I have a feeling that there is a famous quote from theymos where he said if someone tags you for something stupid involving merit, they are not going to be a DT member for much longer. This is the reason DT members avoid tagging merit abusers. Am I correct lovesmayfamilis?

I have seen the same arguments somewhere else where a member was saying let's say he abused the merit, what is the punishment? You cannot tag him because theymos said this;

But whoever quotes this line either does not quote the whole post intentionally, or they did not read the context. theymos was talking to a merit source regarding his merit distribution because some people suspect he was abusing merits. Aside from that, if people complain about whether things deserve merit at all, then that's something to perhaps think about, but if you conclude that they're wrong, then that's that. It's conceivable that someday you and I will end up disagreeing too much about this stuff and I'll remove your source status, but it's really not a big deal.

The topsendban list is just a first indication of abuse, and many excellent people are on it. Your place on there acts as a sort of benchmark: eg. chandra12 has a similar score there, but whereas you are an extremely active merit-giver with a diverse selection of posts merited (most of which anyone would agree with), chandra12 only has two large merit sends. His behavior in comparison to yours while having a similar topsendban score is what creates a strong abuse impression.

I appreciate the work of you and other sources who take it seriously!

Some (but not all) of Humbertin's alts are banned, so the newly discovered alt (like all the others that *should* be, but aren't) needs to be banned.

Thanks for your report @Negotiation - You need to archive your findings via archive.today as well as web.archive.org as Ninja cannot be relied on as your only sorce of proof.  The reason I say this is because a user intending to join a campaign will copy another users post, then modify it to reflect their own details.  Ninja does not ordinarily update their archive, so they have slightly inaccurate details.

I can see the three posts are still their unedited, however, you haven't done a basic check of other details, such as their profile creation date.  In this case, it leans towards the users being alts:

I used archive ninjastic because all data I mean alt 3 ID with information in one page,  I can try to proof with the forum post quotes, I checked manually, and there no editing issue. I think so probably alts.
