Hiya, my very first BTC buy/sell/offer of goods/services, I'm offering a couple of BTC for a simple animation of this image - turning it in to a GIF maybe (I know next to nada but assume that it's easy to do, it's just for fun not commercial)

Sometimes I see an image like this and I think, "Is that one of those pictures where one part is animated in an eerie way?" and then I realize it isn't, but it should be. The tip of that cat's tail should be twitching slowly.

If more than one entry then the best wins it, by consensus &/or my final choice, 1 BTC for the runner up too in that case
