I would second that, even myself was really torn whether to sign up now or just later on when this concern was resolved already, but I am glad that they are not after on pursuing KYC in your site. This type of promotion I think is just because they are still new in the business. That is why, they are giving these free coins to new members. Once they attain their target numbers, more than likely, they will stop this promotion. Abuse is always there but they already know that for sure. Forcing users to verify their mobile numbers is a bit contradictive with the above statement therefore I urge you to remove this feature or at least make it optional so any user can choose whether to verify his phone number or not. You can give a small reward for those who will do so if you want.

That's wrong on all the casinos and other sites I've signed up with I can get the email within 5 minutes it's the phone verification that took too long to receive, have you checked or made a study it's very rare that we can see casinos or Cryptocurrency related sites ask for phone for verification you should know that before starting your casino.

They are not requiring the phone number anymore upon sign up, just go to their site and click the sign up button and you won't see the phone number requirement anymore. I think they are listening to us, on checking the signup link nothing is showing up they may be fixing it that is why they disable it but I need to verify it to other members if they are also showing the same or just my location is restricting from accessing the sign-up form, hopefully, they are just fixing and taking away the phone verification when registering.

Finally, the site did an update by removing mobile verification as suggested by many other friends.
Verification using cellular is not necessary because many of us do not want to share our mobile number with other parties.
For the minimum deposit, I think they can apply a minimum deposit limit so that users inevitably have to follow the rules.
But if the casino does not set a minimum deposit, then it will not be a burden for small gamblers to try to play on their site.

I think a decent strategy to dealing with multiple accounts can be found in identifying VPN users and also banning VPN usage across the entire website and letting your client base know about the VPN ban.

Furthermore you could introduce a strict KYC policy, although it is known that both VPN detection and KYC can be avoided with obscure technical methods and fake passports or similiar things of the same sort.

IMO this casino is too strict, when you need to sign up they will ask your phone number. They did mention both of email and phone number used to sign up must be your main account, not the disposable one, if they suspect you're using disposable email or phone number, they will confiscated your funds and terminated your accounts.

Let's say I wanted to send $10 at the current Bitcoin's value right now it's 0,00034 BTC, but since I use low priority fees... it may take around 1-2 hours to be appeared on the casino (depends on minimum confirmations of each site). However my 0,00034 BTC after 1-2 hours isn't $10 anymore, it's $9,50 and I would be blamed since I send lower than $10.

Not sure with multiple account can make some casino project bankrupt, actually looking for reason how to stop member withdrawing and deposit still available. Identity verification will be the best solution to avoid possible abuse of the promo/bonus but it wont be attractive promo and may reduce the interest since they are new site.
I believe there are some sites with similar bonuses or promo but people are unable to abuse it because there might be an early warning system in the site to detect abuse attempt or multi accounts.

Yes, they've removed the phone verification requirement after many members expressed their unwillingness to register just because of it (and I can't blame them btw). I believe they requested it to prevent users from abusing their no deposit bonus and now that this offer expired, there is no need to keep it. I hope they will remove old users' phone numbers from their databases too.

I doubt on removing those details since it can also be a requirement for a KYC if ever but those who provided their numbers are more willing to give it just to get the bonus so I don't see any reason to worry about especially if the owners allows it in the first place. I have just checked and came to know they have not updated that yet. This seems to me that they are not customer friendly. Already several days passed from this post but they have not updated anything on that page. If they promote but the commission of the promotion not received by the promoter then why the promoter will promote that.
