Wish people could play in this casino. Unfortunately, my complaint is almost the same as the person who expressed it here. The issue of assigning cell phone numbers is a bit of a contrast to crypto gambling which prioritizes user anonymity. Despite all that, there may be users who don't really find this a big deal. KYC is required by parties when there is a suspicious transaction, and we are given the right to ask the casino to delete personal data if we no longer want to play there.

The hope is, of course, that in the future the casino can remove the cellphone number when registering or it can be an optional option.

Is it possible to remove the mobile phone requirement, I don't see any reason why you should include this one? I think the email provider gives it faster just like the mobile verification, even if you tell that you are not storing or using the mobile numbers for ads or anything I still have doubts about it.

I don't think the OP will really match what the user wants about removing mobile number verification. We also can't force something that is already a casino rule. Maybe if we really wanted to know the truth, we couldn't help but take the risk to play. It could be using a temporary cell phone number. Because then we can at least prove the effectiveness of the withdrawal.

So far I'm assuming that seeing successful withdrawals only sees 1 or 2 users. The rest may not get any winnings from the welcome bonus.

It's the OP's decision that the verification number will not be deleted but if you don't want it I think it's better to find another platform that provides easier no phone number verification, indeed the casino competition is tougher for now but I think this platform has its own way to market it to make it more popular but I don't know how, but clearly there are still many complaints about the phone number.

Yes, two members've confirmed they successfully withdrew their winnings. I got the bonus myself and made a good profit but unfortunately although I completed the wagering requirement and still had enough to make a withdrawal request, I didn't! I kept playing till I lost it all.
Just one thing I didn't really like from the experience of those two members is having to wait few hours for their withdrawal to get processed while the casino claims that withdrawals are instant.

I can confirm that they had removed out that phone number on where most people been keen off and making it as an issue.It is really good to see that they are indeed listening despite on having no response

or interaction into this thread but well it doesnt matter because they are listening on what the community is been preferring into.Dont know on why they do easily removed it out unless if

Glad to hear our feedback was implemented by the casino. All thanks to the desire of users who provide feedback, we finally no longer have to worry about confirming phone numbers. Btw, to be honest I only had one mobile number for almost 10 years and that was enough for my family to know. So I also refused when this casino required us to enter a phone number. Grin

Me too it was a blank page showing when I tried to sign up, the admin is listening to our concern and this is a good sign and it will benefit both players and the casino, phone verification or anything that asks for KYC is not good in Cryptocurrency based casinos, the team may be new in the Crypto casino industry but they show that they can adapt to the community's concern.

When do you try to register because it’s already working on my end when I signup and browse the casino. I was very impressed on how crisp there display is. They a have very good UI/UX design which looks like the display is very smooth in the eyes. I will be interested to deposit and play to there casino if they live games available. Just one thing I didn't really like from the experience of those two members is having to wait few hours for their withdrawal to get processed while the casino claims that withdrawals are instant.
It's true, withdrawals take a while it looks like they do the withdrawal process manually so it takes quite a long time, and this is not liked by many players because it can cause concern that their withdrawals will not be processed, if they can make it faster it will be better.

Did anyone here use their main email upon the registration? I'm not comfortable to use my main email since it's for my real life business. Does we can use secondary email instead?

It is fine not to use disposable email. I don't use my personal or main email but I use a secondary email for gambling related accounts only and I separate my personal email to my gambling email so it is not a problem for me to use email but not the phone number as it is a personal information and can be used or sell to others.

Am sure the positive feedback coming from members of this forum who have tried out the site is an indication of how the team is ready to build a good reputation and also build a good community, one other feedback I will love to hear is about the registration requirements of phone number have that change or option are given to either use a phone number or email. That way the user is at liberty to decide which one to use and how they want the privacy to be handled. I will be waiting to hear that feedback or admin making a statement on that since many members have raised that concern.

Is it possible to remove the mobile phone requirement, I don't see any reason why you should include this one? I think the email provider gives it faster just like the mobile verification, even if you tell that you are not storing or using the mobile numbers for ads or anything I still have doubts about it.

The only reason i see wizary opting for a phone number based verification is maybe they want to limit every person to make a single account. Usually, people have many email addresses but only one phone number, so it's easier to limit people to 1 account by verification through the phone number.
Another reason could be to do the KYC to know the region of the gambler and won't let him play if he belongs to the restricted countries by the wizary, if any.

They are not requiring the phone number anymore upon sign up, just go to their site and click the sign up button and you won't see the phone number requirement anymore. So that's one way to listen from the community and attract new players. And when it comes to disposable email, definitely they can do that. But of course, when you are already sending significant amount of money to their site, make sure you have no problem with your email access.

Glad to hear our feedback was implemented by the casino. All thanks to the desire of users who provide feedback, we finally no longer have to worry about confirming phone numbers. Btw, to be honest I only had one mobile number for almost 10 years and that was enough for my family to know. So I also refused when this casino required us to enter a phone number. Grin

If you want to build a reputed casino, you should welcome community feedback. And they did just that, which is something to appreciate. It is normal that a member would not want to give his personal phone number in a gambling website. So this decision of theirs will be considered as a right decision.
