I think a decent strategy to dealing with multiple accounts can be found in identifying VPN users and also banning VPN usage across the entire website and letting your client base know about the VPN ban.

Furthermore you could introduce a strict KYC policy, although it is known that both VPN detection and KYC can be avoided with obscure technical methods and fake passports or similiar things of the same sort.

IMO this casino is too strict, when you need to sign up they will ask your phone number. They did mention both of email and phone number used to sign up must be your main account, not the disposable one, if they suspect you're using disposable email or phone number, they will confiscated your funds and terminated your accounts.

I think the team should make it more friendly, otherwise I doubt many people will interested.

The promotional offers are not really all that fancy, in fact, if they wanted to stem the abuse of promotional offers, they should find a way to make promotional offers which would not be worth going through the trouble of making accounts, submitting new KYC faked documents and going through VPNs. Or, better yet, they could restrict promotions to people who have already gambled a certain amount.

If someone wants to gamble their money away, its just going to happen faster on multiple accounts rather than one account. So that seems like a win win for the online gambling casino, to me.

Nice to know that they are following the users' requests. It's important because on this simple way, they can easily gain the sympathy of the users and users will love to stick on them if they'l be like this forever. 20 usd minimum deposit seems huge but 10 usd looks affordable now for small time gamblers that only wants to play and test their luck.

It's not wise idea to have minimum deposit equivalent with dollar value because it will cause a problem in some cases. Let's say I wanted to send $10 at the current Bitcoin's value right now it's 0,00034 BTC, but since I use low priority fees... it may take around 1-2 hours to be appeared on the casino (depends on minimum confirmations of each site). However my 0,00034 BTC after 1-2 hours isn't $10 anymore, it's $9,50 and I would be blamed since I send lower than $10.

If you want to have minimum deposit, make it equivalent to Bitcoin.

Not sure with multiple account can make some casino project bankrupt, actually looking for reason how to stop member withdrawing and deposit still available. I think if have any casino get trouble with cheater or multiple account they can detect with IP access and not find new reason when getting trouble withdrawing. Identity verification will be the best solution to avoid possible abuse of the promo/bonus but it wont be attractive promo and may reduce the interest since they are new site.
I believe there are some sites with similar bonuses or promo but people are unable to abuse it because there might be an early warning system in the site to detect abuse attempt or multi accounts.
New casinos should learn from the older casinos on how they offer promotions but they can minimize the number of abuse.

But if those suspected accounts comply to verification, will the casino released their winnings? If I am the owner I won't do it but it's good if the abuser will fall for the bait and reveal himself. I can use this to sue him later on. We need to stop them because they can also do this to other casinos. The abusers are a cancer to the business owners which operates fairly and legally.

There are other things that are important other than promotions, this makes the loyal customers stay on a casino even if the casino cut down some of its promotions. I think new casinos have a reason on why they came up with a low requirement. Maybe that is to attract users and after it, they can tighten it a little bit.
