Get massive discounts on Bitcoin and Ethereum. I have no other altcoin options for now. Almost all of the portfolio has been focused on doubling Bitcoin and Ethereum, to be honest the current altcoins are too hard to bounce back. So when we see a correction now people know which one to buy.

With the current situation of the market today I don't think it's not clear to you if this is the end of the bull run since the price just went to $30k today. I think it's time to invest and hodl rather than to panic selling because it won't bring much profit in the future once the market began to pump back to $40k again. It might pump but we don't know yet till when but it's better to buy those dip than missing out since the next halving is getting closer as the year 2024 is coming.

bear market still very long happen and this moment there is no sign of reversal, price continuesly down day by day and this 7th week we are in bear movement. buying on falling knife will make our portofolio value bleeding , dont be hurry and trapped with cheap price. well, some are taking this as a very nice opportunity to buy their BTC. it depends on the crypto user whether he will buy on this price level and buy more, when it dips more.
as we don't know when will it rise again, what we can do is keep up with the market, and buy only if you think you can get advantage of later on. 2 or more coins, whichever you want, as long as the coins you choose are worth holding long term. because you may not see the target profits you want at a short term basis.

Where did you get the news about the proposed 1.5 billion bitcoin and stablecoin funds ? because I haven't read that all this time and also don't see Luna as a problem even though the price continues to drop sharply. And under current conditions, it's actually not wrong if someone wants to make some purchases on good coins and be patient to wait for market conditions to recover.

If you had invested like this much money in your first investment, I believe that you would have become a millionaire by now. In my opinion I think it's best to buy 3 coins is the better entry. It's cheaper, if the price of BTC,  Etherium and BNB go down, you still have some money to buy more And if it goes up you can sell BTC for profits too  until the market is really going bullish.

Don't put your hope for now that bull has come because there may be correction looking for you as bull but for market that is a sentiment trying to correction or balance movement. Buying may be good now but referring to be bullish may set others mind for it. I'm yet to see such as bull for this time.

Right. There is no sign that the bulls are really coming back this rally could very well be a bull trap. The price of all coins has dropped a lot from their ATH, now is a good time to buy more of our favorite coins but not for short term investment. We should buy from this price and split if the price continues to fall then just hold and wait for the market. The bear season will last, don't put your hopes up and be disappointed.

It's not too much of a problem to buy some coins like Btc and Eth when the market is sluggish like now because these two coins have strong potential so the price will bounce back when the bull market comes, but it would be better if we buy gradually during the bear market because maybe we will get the opportunity to get the DIP price by making purchases in stages.

Agreed. If we see the chart using weekly timeframe, The trend still more on the bearish side since there is still no sign of relief after the consecutive week of strong dump. We need to wait patiently to see a dojo or green candle on weekly basis before we can assume that the trend is already reverse. Institutional investor position is currently on critical level so they might do cutloss when shit happened.

I always feel that sinking feeling whenever it happens. Regardless of how it looks, I know that out of nowhere, it'll take off again. Everything has been going downhill for a long time, and most were far from their ATH. Whatever type of investor you are, being emotional isn't a solution. Keep your patience instead. That will probably be the worst scenario by far, right now I am seeing that the price has dropped to 29k and if does not recover soon and it goes back to the 30k level then another round of FUD could go appear and the price could drop significantly once more, and if that we are to happen then most likely a crypto winter would follow, now I do not think that it could possibly be any worse than what we saw in 2018, but quite honestly I would prefer to not have to go through such an experience once again.
