And if you don't want to put up all the bullsh*t and wait in vain (no reply from your questions and all), better move on and treat it as a learning experience. Don't join again to the campaigns of that BM. That's very unprofessional as he is not capable of doing his job. So before you waste more of your time and resources, better look for another campaign, and check the reputation of the BM first.

you should ask the bounty manager on the telegram line for spreadsheet updates if he ignores it means the bounty manager you are following is incompetent to do his job. Currently the bounty is not as profitable as the last 5 years but it doesn't hurt if you still want to participate. and I think you'd better switch to another campaign and choose a manager who has a good reputation.

Correct, after all when it comes to a bounty camping the manager is incredibly important as the number of bounty hunters can be huge and they need a way to be on top of everything.

Well i guess the first thing that i would try to do would be to contact the bounty manager either via a post in the Bounty channel that he created or via a personal message. If he is not responding even after a few days i would try to contact a team member from the project that are paying the bounty because after all the bounty manager was hired by the team of the project. If the team is answering and the bounty manager himself is just not responding then i think they will find a new bounty manger and a new bounty will start soon. If the team is also not responding to your question then i think you should just remove the signature and find a new bounty.

The only thing a participant can do regarding a lazy bounty manager is to quit and avoid its future projects.  You can also make a complaint on the reputation board but I don't know what will be the effect if you do so.

unfortunately I already went through the sad situation of being active for 2 months in a bounty campaign and then I had to wait 4 months for payment, there were nightmare and irritating days and at the end of 4 months when it was just time to receive payment I see that there was a 500% reduction in the initial value, something shocking. Again I went to participate in another bounty campaign and this time I had the same bad luck but it was worse because I waited months and never received anything. this bounty campaign payment scheme is very wrong, i think people should demand that payments be in bitcoin or litecoin or some altcoin already established and with low transfer fee

We can't expect anything great from bounty programs as we also don't know about their arrangements to the project itself.
Maybe, some are not diligently doing their job because they have other factors that they are considering, like the possibility of not being paid as well.

This is very common among those bounties which are managed by managers that do not have a reputation in the forum, they do not care about paying the bounty hunters they enlisted and then it becomes a pain for them to receive their due payment.

And while your suggestion about using bitcoin or an established altcoin to receive the payment is a good one which will benefit bounty hunters, very few bounty campaigns will ever pay that way, as by paying with their tokens they can create at will they are incurring no costs at all and this is simply an option too tempting for them to stop using all of a sudden.
