I think you should speak for yourself Many companies, individuals are bringing home huge amounts of money every months, it’s not a wise thing to do generalizing it, you have to know where others are failing some are actually making high standards of living from, it’s all about information, and your suggestion of a crypto-currency that is structured to move with food price, I don’t see how that’s going to work, what type of food in particular in the different parts of the world there are specific food that are abundant and some are not.

investing in doge, is like you are investing in a pump and dump coin because you have no clue when will elon tweet something about it. it is an old meme coin but we don't know if there are real developments in place. up until now the supposedly collab between elon and doge team seems to be nonexistent.
anyway, if you want an assurance with your investments, better include btc in your portfolio. because no matter what, btc won't disappear. but with most new alts, once the dev collected their share, they can disappear whenever they want.

The problem with most newbie investors nowadays is that they are too focused into getting short-term profits. Instead of being negative in this bearish market, you should actually take this opportunity to invest and purchase more BTCs in the process as its price has that potential to skyrocket in the next months or years. I disagree, I think that bitcoin is the one that deserves it the most, but it is not the only one, that doesn't make any sense to me at all. I prefer that if we could consider the projects such as ETH or BNB then we could realize that we could make some profit.

This is why I believe that we should not be saying things like bitcoin is the only one that could go long for a while, we could also consider that it could make some noise in the long run as well. I would invest into something that is backed by a price of one pancake lol. Considering the inflation of the world, having something that is based on the actual price of a food or even an item would be something great. Even gold hasn't been done properly so far, if there was something like USDT but instead for an ounce of gold, that would have been something that stays for decades and have like one trillion dollarmarketcap for sure but it has failed to be done so far.

Government bonds are basically just government saying that they owe you one and that is what you trust and if it is the US many people trust those bonds but with bad governments that's a terrible one.

However, BTC price didn't drop or rise very significantly like altcoins. The rise and decrease of BTC price are still quite predictable.
While altcoins prices are purely unpredictable, they can increase or drop massively and quickly. Especially, those coins/tokens that rely on the trends only.

but if a food item is a product of a coin then this can indeed affect its price. Similarly, Binance has an exchange product which the more it is needed, the higher the demand for bnb in addition to investors entering. in the future it can happen, but so far the government doesn't seem to have anything to do with increasing prices, because they also don't have the scope to go that way.
