What type of partnership are you looking for? Because the topic suggests that you are trying to promote your project?
I've read your terms of service and need a lot of updating as they are general but overall:

 - How do you withdraw, is it by lightning or when the user reaches a certain amount?
 - The site does not contain https://, so how will you ensure the privacy of customers?
 - What is the policy for use with cookies?

Literally, you are promoting your site. However, it seems to look like PTC sites. I am wondering still people have enough time to spend on the PTC site? And I am curious what do you mean by partner? I believe you need huge marketing to make active your site and make awareness. A couple of your competitors exist on the market. So you have to struggle at all.

Be specific on the partnership since you posted your project, what is the amount that you need and where do and how do you spend it, how and what is the profitability of the site, PTC and GPT will not yield huge profit in a short period of time you should give your potential investors a more realistic stat.
You already have a working site and there is no additional cost, you only need to market it, if I have this I would just have it on my own and establish its reputation before offering a partnership.

You may say you're not promoting the site through this thread but what I and others see is that you're promoting the site through your post and it take you nothing to explain in detail the partner you're looking for that's if you have nothing to hide and serious about the reputation of your site.
A piece of kind advice for you, If you want to gain the trust of the user of this forum discuss details about the partner you're looking for openly.

looking at your post history, it looks like you're desperately asking someone to give you free money. you offer about the same thing several times, but only in a different way.

Since you asked here new investment, can you answer some questions and give info to potential investors.
First, why are you running several different ideas at the same time, it is very likely that none of them will be successful because you are not committed?
