Manipulation is there but this isnt something that too obvious yet this market could really move on a very non predictable or speculative way which would really be that hard to make out decisions something like this.

LUNA drop is not because of the bear market, it's because of the fault of the developer and the manipulator so you can't based your investment decision with LUNA, better to analyze the whole situation.
