I do think Spain is the best team in Europe right now and not because of the players ...but simply because of their style that cannot be matched even after 10 years since they won the last Euro. Also , Portugal had a bit of luck yesterday and they should be happy with that 1-1 so my eyes at World Cup and on this Nations Legue are on Spain for sure.

Yep - skip Croatia today - too many uncertainties. Austria is not really a good team so I don't expect them to take advantage of the situation though.
We have France at home on Monday - so not the best schedule considering all the issues the team is facing.

On the other hand Belgium - Netherlands sounds like a good game for over goals or BTTS.

Yes he joined before the first game started but even if he did not I would still allow him to participate. I am usually leaving one week grace period to join after the pool starts. Not much chance of someone gaining unfair advantage that way.

For my part im the oposite one , but Yesterday Poland Wales was so close to end 1-1 and today Spain have the 2-1 to win but they cant make it. So im in the bottom alone.

Thank you all guys.    I'm also very surprised to be this much successful at the beginning of the pool. My luck isn't very well in the F1 pool these days but I have had a solid start here.

@buwaytress  Haha. There are three big games today and it is going to be very difficult for me to keep up this performance but let's see. Maybe my luck hasn't run out yet.

I think Spain needs to learn how to kill off games when they have a lead, too wasteful. Portugal is just something else. I don't know why Portugal can't win  games when they play. They have one of the best goalkeepers in the world Diogo Costa, Jose Sa, Rui Patricio. Defenders like Joao Cancelo, Guerreiro, Ruben Dias, Nuno Mendes, Pepe and others. They have Bernardo Silva, Danilo Pereira Bruno Fernandez, Ruben Neves, Joao Moutinho in the midfield positions and best forwards in Cristiano Ronaldo, Guedes, Diogo Jota, Otavio, Andre Silva, Rafael Leao and others but cannot set up a winning squad to deliver.

I had high expectations of Portugal but sadly I was disappointed. They could have done better but instead they were running around in the pitch in a disorganized manner. No teamwork. No coordination. They were struggling. I must say that I was truly impressed with the performance of the Danilo. The team would have conceded more goals if not for him. On the other had, although the Spanish team exhibited good passes and teamwork, they could have scored more goals if they had good strikers. They need a finisher. A lot of opportunities went to waste.

I don't think Spain is the best team in Europe right now... How about Belgium or the Netherlands, who by the way will be playing today? Or France or Germany... And if you believe the last European Cup, the best team now is Italy, who sensationally didn't make it to the World Cup, lol! The English have also raised a great new team...

I agree with you in favoring the Spanish national team over the rest of the teams. As the Spanish players adapt among themselves, they are good at team play with accurate passes and possession of the ball inside the field as much as possible and can break the ball out of the opponent in a short time. Now the Spanish national team has 1 point and they have to think about the upcoming matches and achieve positive results in order to compete for the title.

Tonight we have a derby match between Belgium and Holland. I think it will be exciting and worth the bet with good odds for the underdog, so my eyes are on Holland. Can they do it with the Belgian flag having the advantage of winning?

the other day De Bruyne said that he doesn't care about the nations league because it's just glorified friendlies... makes me wonder whether Belgium is going to take the games seriously or not    Netherlands are playing good football under van Gaal, they've scored at least one goal in their last 9 games, so yeah BTTS sounds like a lock with Belgium also having a lot of firepower

Belgium? C'mon... By squad it's one of best teams, but with their golden generation they didn't managed to reach finals of any major tournaments. Netherlands - I don't think so. I would take Spain and France as best teams now, but it's only personal preferences. Italy is the best team officially after winning EURO 2020, but in 2022 their performance went down.

Im for Argentina so i see a lot of CONMEBOL matches, one thing i see a lot in european matches is the teams are really irregular in their performances.

For example i see Turkey maybe winning or making a good match again big teams and after in the next game strugling a lot agains teams like Estonia. So its really difficult to know the outcome of the matches.

The task has been made more cumbersome for them as Netherlands now leads by two goals thanks to Bergwijn and Memphis Depay. Coming into this game most like myself were really expecting Belgium to already be in front, but they are not living up to expectations even with the quality of players on their squad, very poor performance and an embarrassment in front of their supporters.

You would think with such a result that all opportunities have been used by the Netherlands. but the opposite is true. At halftime it should have been 0-5 but it was only 0-1. It's actually a miracle it only got 1-4. A big punishment for the Belgians. People have been talking about a golden generation for years, but there was little or nothing to see on this evening.

Damn, what a results in Nations League. 0 points from today's games in predictor, but at least it was profitable day in betting. Yeah, I lost Belgium ML bet, but I got nice profit from goals over and BTTS in few games. It was difficult to see coming such big wins of Austria and Netherlands. And before game I said that Denmark is criminally underrated, but honestly, I didn't expected their win, draw is best what they could achieve I thought.

I'm only barely above you in terms of points so far, I've only gotten 1.5 points, and it's from the first fixture and I've gotten point blank since, It's highly surprising that someone have gotten as many as 9 points.

I'm just glad that I've not had any money on the line yet, it'd have been a complete streak of losses 😂
