I recently changed my control board as the older one smoked, however, no matter what I try (Flashing & upgrading) I am unable to see any hashing from my S9. What I would like you to try is to run hashboard one by one you can follow this guide "Antminer test one by one"Check the logs again and update here for changes. I suggest you start on flashing or boot it with Braiins OS before you try PSU but there is a big possibility that the replacement control board could defective. Do you have any extra miners for testing it would be easy to troubleshoot if you have an extra s9 miner? I have booted Braiin OS on the S9 and received rather familiar error "Hashchain refused to start: Power: PIC should be at address PicAddress(0xf80,) but it's at address PicAddress( 0xffff,"I was suggested by Braiins community to add the hex file to the PIC on hashboard. I do not have another S9, this is my first miner It seems you have hashboard with a broken/corrupted hex you will need a tool like Pickit3 to reflash it with a working hex file. If you don't have a working extra miner you can check the source below it also has a guide on how you can flash it with MPLab and it includes a working hex file. - https://asicseer.com/page/restoring-hashboards

It took some time, tried all but only Awesomeminer firmware installed properly, however, even that didn't work, gonna contact the person from whom I bought the S9.
If you are trying to flash the Bitmain firmware while your current miner program is still awesomeminer you will only get the error while flashing it through WebGUI/Browser. You need to flash it first to stock firmware with SD Card before you flash it again with different firmware to make them work. The guide is already on my first post. You can also try asic.to firmware let's see if can help to troubleshoot the issue.
