Here is a fork of Braiinos : https://github.com/xertSuns1/braiins

I didn't test it personaly, I stay with originals FW

That is someone who cloned BraiinsOS before they took it down. The Braiins GitHub and website have been scrubbed of the community edition. BraiinsOS+ was never open source.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Only the "original" Braiins OS was completely OpenSource back in 2017-2018 I think, after that they did what they did with the Braiin OS+.

Braiins listed both options on their website up until very recently. The source code was taken down a couple months ago.

Why use the pork version of Braiins OS than using the original one?
I don't recommend using unknown firmware or modded firmware by someone because there is a big possibility there is a hidden and high developers fee.
You can just use the Braiins OS without plus I think it does't have developers fee than using OS+.

First "sub-result" I get on google for
 "git s9 bitmain"

https://github.com/bitmaintech/bmminer-mix

Does anyone know which Xilinix (bought by AMD it looks like) we need to have in order to build this?
The readme references gcc-linaro-arm-linux-gnueabihf-4.7-2012.11-20121123_linux which you can find via search, but also
XILINX_OTHER_LIB_BASE_PATH, which would indicate some other Xilinx developer tools. But no reference as to what they are.

A pointer would be appreciated.
