Buying is very simple to do but the question is can you really hold 1 to 2 years if the bear market become more critical than what we just saw it today. How many tokens lost thier 90% value during year 2018 to 2019 bear season and you will badly need to hold with no hope at all. we will end up losing if we cant hold and sell at loss because of fear. Also I am strictly against buying altcoins.
I know for many of the people buying Bitcoins won’t seem to be very much profitable.
But still guess what , you will get something instead of nothing.
I am not saying that all alts are trash, but yes there is risk in buying alts.
If you don’t care about your money and can afford to lose, then go for alts.
And yes don’t look for 1-2 years. Buy at each dip.

I don't think there is a last chance to buy Bitcoin and Alt, the volatile market will be unpredictable although now the market is calm at $30k but there is no speculation the market could rise for recovery, so if you are sure to buy bitcoin and altcoins at current prices then make purchases in several sets of purchase orders because there is also a possibility that the market may decline.

No one can give you a clear answer to that question because no one in here can look into the future and therefore all we can give you is our personal opinion and maybe our best guesses what could happen in the next few months or so. I personally think that we will be in a bear market for a couple more months at least, which would mean that especially small cap altcoins would probably will be going down even more from this point on because in a bear market altcoins and especially small and new ones are falling way harder than Bitcoin and the big altcoins like Ethereum, Solana, BNB and so on. So i personally wait a little longer until i invest.
