Not sure but the market is looking like it will grow so you can make investments in a secure project. means Eth BNB sol dot xrp etc. These token are safe and I think if anybody want to invest in these mentioned coins then it's good time to buy

I think now is not the right time to buy altcoins because at this time many altcoins have experienced high declines and many people have lost very high assets.. so I think the right time to buy altcoins is in the next few months, and I'm sure to this year will experience a bull market, maybe at the end of the year. and choose an altcoin that is really worth investing in and choose an altcoin that has a long-term vision. so that it can help you get profits in the future when the bull market comes.

We need to wait for market signals until the end of this month or even next month, because the market couldn't break through the recovery movement reaching $25k in the last few days, so the market fails to hold on to the $20k area in the coming week then the downside price will touch $17k and hopefully we no longer see the price lower than the previous price.

According to my personal TA, I can see that we can fall bellow 14-12k if this trend continues and possibly 9800 to 10k'ish at max. So I also prefer to have it on stable coins first until we hit that spots. It's my personal TA so I guess don't trust it lol. If you are doing DCA, the price dump wont be much of a problem, just continue to follow your strategy.

I buy more often when there is a decline like what is happening now. and the purchased alt coins must have the potential to increase because there will be an event coming soon. like the ADA coin which will soon have good news. as well as ETH.
buying little by little on every drop is what I usually do. because if you have to wait for a bull market to come. then it won't be coming anytime soon. I think the market will be sideways in a few months. i.e. BTC will fluctuate from tens of thousands ($15k-17k) to 21k - 30k). and repeated. DYOR.

Looking at current prices, it can be said that this is a good time to invest in altcoins, but there is no guarantee that any coin will be able to rise again after the bear season is over.

I myself still choose to buy some altcoins that haven't broken out yet. like XRP. while ETH has already broken out so I don't dare to enter at the current price.
and in altcoins I will only hold for the medium term and release once the target is reached. choosing a high ranking altcoin is a pretty safe thing. although the risk is always there. but this is crypto. no one knows for sure about it. but everyone's analysis may be different, I can't guarantee whether after 1 year ago when buying and a few months we entered the bull market. say when we enter 2018 bear market, at least 3 years to bounce back from bull market. maybe if we buy it in waiting 1 year it means we have to wait about 2 or 3 more years. this is just my guess.

current cycle will be different will the last which is need 3 years to recover. we have more market participants from insitution and even countries that buying bitcoin due their legal standing. current bearish trend could over in next two months and bitcoin or altcoin price will start recover slowly. i am believe accumulate could start not with partial buying strategy.
