Suggestion payment for those new member on evil IP.

Several trusted users of Bitcointalk have the power to whitelist newbies who have been affected by the Evil IP bans. The email addresses to contact them are public. Unless something has changed, LoyceV is one of them. Others include SFR10, Welsh, hugeblack, Upgrade00, and maybe some others.

Thank you for the added information.  I didn't really know this. I recognize a user from our local board, Upgrade00. It better as people in the community who wishes to register on the forum can easily reach out to his instead of paying any fee or paying for a premium vpn.

But majority would freak out and think this forum is a scam.

They can only call the forum scam where every single sign up involve money, let say if a user signed up from another country I don't think such IP limits would be implemented except for the areas that has higher rates of users that is connected to Bitcointalk before someone can pay evil fee. I could remember someone within my locality trying to signed up and he was requested to pay evil or alternatively he could get whitelisted from user, I think with the whitelist paying evil fee wouldn't have much effect on new members.

It happens at times, what you want isn’t always what you get but the good news is, earn some prominence on the forum and you might have a good chance at changing your user to what is appealing to you with some good reason.

On the other hand, you might want to read a little before laying your posts out there.

You know, for one that is completely ignorant of how Bitcoin transaction works and probably don’t own a sat, it’s always a hard to accept position that they’ve got to pay for an evil fee in the supposedly currency of the forum, Bitcoin. Still, it’s the only acceptable but again, having them transact on the LN that most users are still getting to know, it’s even way worst. Many clamor for it now due to the high fees but, this is just for a time.

A means to lay it all plan would be the email which is already in play. Do that and be free of evil fee or not sticking to an intended user.
