Sorry to hear this kind of story.   I am glad that you were not at home during the robbery.  Or else you could have been hurt in that incident.

I won a jackpot in FortuneJack Dice twice, the first one is $18k+ and the next one is $6k+.  This almost covers the cost of a small townhouse worth $26k  so I  just add an extra fund from my earnings in the signature campaign and bought it.   It feels good to buy something from both earnings and luck in gambling.  Though I would not advise making gambling a source of our income but rather take the opportunity to buy something that will appreciate over time when luck presents us the opportunity of winning a huge amount of money.

The opinion/mindset some have cultivated is that winnings from casino's and sportsbet are free money, and usually cannot be spent on something tangible that you don't get to regret, having cultivated this mindset, if they ever get to win from a casino or sportsbet, they follow suit and spend the money in a rush without thinking and due consideration.

 In my case, the only time i have won a substantial amount from a sportsbet, i didn't spend the money in a rush. At that time my annual rent was a month due, i used my winnings to settle it, and the little fraction left well, can't say i remember what i used that for and that is something i can't say i regret.

So the most expensive thing i have spent my winnings on, is not something that i regret.

The most expensive thing, never, I don't use my bet money in gambling wins to buy luxury or valuable things, I prefer to use it for entertainment or fun, with my friends, such as: going to bars, sightseeing or something like that.

Why don't I want to buy expensive things from gambling winnings, because I bet not to buy things.
I bet only for the pleasure of my soul, so whatever the value of the win I only use it for fun.

That's one thing i came to regret because of all my winnings from gambling, i have never bought something valuable or something that could be very beneficial in the future. I could have bought a piece of lot because its price will certainly appreciate in the future or even a car for my family. All i have are just these small gadgets that i think will only lose value later on. And the rest of my winnings were just lost in a thin air, maybe some were lose too in gambling since i keep chasing my luck that time.

There is none, I just know that I use the money I won in gambling for fun. If I win, I use it for the weekend fun, if not enough, I add more money to it to have the fun, that is because sometimes, the money will not be enough, the money I do win is usually little and I am not expecting much because I use the amount I can be able to lose to bet. The money won can not buy me anything than to just use it for fun or to play next weekend match.

With the winning money I bought a custom PC (medium) to play games and other online activities. it's better to use the money from bet wins for other profitable activities, don't use it for unimportant things like buying drugs or going to discotheques.

Honestly I do not think I did buy something expensive but I did buy something essential, which was groceries for the whole month, I remember when I was able to make my 30$ into a 100$, I was able to buy groceries for the whole month through it which again then helped me sustain and save 70$ which I later pooled up and used for other things as well, for me I was able to do it through crash, it was new and the game was interesting for me but I also lost a lot over time so I do think this all balances it out by itself as well. well in my case it was as follows, I had 25$ and I made a bet that allowed me to win 75$, then I made a bet again with 25$ and I won 400$. then I took it out and bought something I ate and I don't remember other things I bought, but the fact is that I was very happy with the thing I bought and ate, it was as if it had a different flavor maybe because as I had lost consecutively and then I had victories consecutive so buying that food and eating it tasted different. but I must say that after my streak of victories, I could never have the same luck again, so I started to look at gambling as just fun and I don't bet much or high values anymore.

I've never bought the most expensive thing from a casino or sports betting because I've never won much money. Maybe what I did was buy some food to eat with my friends and not buy things like you. Even if I buy those expensive things, I don't think I will regret it because I know it was a momentary decision because I already won a lot of money. But I once thought to save the winning money and only use a little to buy food or use it to bet the next day again.
